What People are saying

Fantastic Location, Staff & Value for Money

lucy Jon 09/08/2017 17:39

5 friends and I stayed at the Ses Sevines Apartments in San Antonio for 4 nights/ 5 days. It cost £460 for return flights Manchester-Ibiza with this accommodation through Jet 2 (thanks to £100 off pp) which is a FAB deal. We went self catering and are really glad we did as we were never up early enough for breakfast, and Ses Sevines is PERFECTLY located on San Antonio Bay for gorgeous spots for lunch. Our favourite was Bay Bar -- literally next door. We did eat in the hotel for lunch on 2 occasions - cheap and cheerful, nothing to rave about.
Staff here are LOVELY so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank-you all :)
The rooms are a great size, lovely balconies and views. Air con works a treat -- ice cold. Fridge works great too we kept lots of drinks and snacks in there. Our safe was broke and wasn't replaced during the trip but we used our friends next door so wasn't a problem. Bathrooms have recently been done up I think and they are LOVELY -- all really clean, good size and nice big showers. Beds aren't the comfiest but they did the trick!
Pool at the front of the apartments is small and never any sunbeds after 8am - we always went to the pool at the hotel just a 2 min walk and could get sunbeds here before 9am, after 9am could get them on the little private beach area which was really handy for when you want a lie in!! Sun beds are the WORST though -- SO uncomfy!! But not a biggy really is it in the grand scheme of things?

All in all super made up with our choice.
Me and the girls are already pricing coming back here next summer :)

Great hotel spoiled by thieves, drunks and drug dealers

The hotel itself is great, it is in a fabulous location, with wonderful sea and sunset views (book a sea view room if you go). The food and entertainment were good and the free sunbeds next to the beach saved us a fortune. The sea was warm and jelly fish free, the hotel was close to water taxis and the bus station. The balcony was large and although the rooms were a bit small and lacking in storage they were always cleaned and fresh sheets, and towels provided daily. Always hot water and good shiwers. The staff were hard working and friendly. However, outside the hotel on the promenade there are people selling balloons and other substances. There were thefts inside the hotel ( some by people staying there, who the manager made to leave), but also thefts from around the pool, beach and clubs. My daughter had her phone stolen, my husband Husband his sandals (?!) , some people had their bags snatched. So whilst I appreciated everything the management and staff did to make the stay great, it was marred by things beyond their control.

Great hotel for the price close to main bars! Just watch your bags wherever you go!

This hotel is a lovely hotel for the price. We went on a half board bases with a wide range of breakfast. Full English to the health options an drinks included in breakfast. They are relaxed on time but stop serving at 10. They are lovely staff an it's required you bring your ticket for breakfast an dinner.
Dinner again is great a meat an veg option. Salad an puddings to fill your waste line again fruit is there for the health option. Again question can get big so time it right. Drinks on evening are paid for with water costing 1.80 euros a bottle. The 1st night you do get a free drink.
The rooms are basic with TV an new bedding an towels daily. The balconies are on the sea view side. We share a 3 bed room. Wardrobe space is small an mind you don't bump your toe on the beds. But apart from that it's clean an what's expected for the star rating. The air conditioning is included.
The beach is opposite the hotel an sun beds cost 7 euros a day. There are life guards. A multi gym on beach and most throw a towel an sun bathe.
The hotel has a pool an a sanded area which does get crowed. Please be careful as there are bag thief's in operation an wait till your sleep or move from your bed a rob your bags. They are professional an quick. Awareness is the key an being sensible with your belongings. If in doubt leave in the locker/safe. Which is extra but worth it. The hotel has lost of things to do. With mini golf course, darts, shooting and nights of entertainment. The only down side of your an early sleeper.... Bring ear plug as the drunken people returning to fall into bed may wake u up. But what do you expect from Ibiza! Well recommended if you like to party an enjoy the fun in the sun.
Clubs can be expensive so you'll need extra money on this holiday. An just be careful of the oraganized crimes. Ie bag snatching an spiking of drinks. Being pulled by people wanted to sell you glasses to given your a bracelet they'll put on your arm an demand payment. Stay clear an you'll be fine.
If you can't handle groups of loud young people this place may not be for you. Saying that there were many local family's staying there too.

Would definately go back again

We were self catering. Apartment reasonable size for 2. Cooking facility minimal but adequate which is quite often the case with this type of apartment. Beds a bit uncomfortable but didn't spoil the holiday. We were on the left of the building which overlooked a walk way and pool bar but if you stood at edge of balcony you could see the sea. Noise not too bad. There was noise from the pool bar during the but its to be expected in Ibiza but by 9 pm this shut and was reasonably quite. Was nice sitting out on balcony on an evening. very quiet part and the sound proofing on balcony door was very good. Excellent location. Right on beach front. We ate in the restaurant regularly and enjoyed the food and perfectly situated to watch the sunsets whilst enjoying a nightcap on their terrace. Friendly staff. The only negative would be our food their on last night. I had steak (asked for really well done) but was still pink but they quickly put it right and husband had fish which was warm at the edges and sooooo cold everywhere else as if it had just come out of fridge. They were very apologetic and replaced with another meal. We had enjoyed our other meals there so maybe it was a one off.

All in all a good hotel

Stayed at this hotel for one week in July to attend a family wedding. Keeping in mind my husband and I are in our fiftys and a book a villa every year. On the whole a clean and friendly hotel right on the beach. We were half board and I must say there was so much choice and lots of it at breakfast and dinner and couldn't fault the cleanness of the restaurant. It was buffet service and you had to queue sometimes but not too long. The coach from the airport dropped us off at the front of the hotel and picked us up at the same spot for our return journey and check in was all straight forward. This hotel seemed to cater for all ages from babies to pensioners which was nice...... Now for the little niggles, 1, you defanitly need air con in July and have to pay for it, l arranged to pay for it when I booked. 2, if you want to make sure you have a sea view you have to pay again I payed for this when I booked. 3, wifi was hit and miss and couldn't get it at all in the bedrooms so I had to pay 15 euros for one week. 4, please be aware that this is San Antoinio and there is topless around the pool and beach and even men on beach taking their trunks off. 5, entertainment at hotel ( in my opinion ) wasn't very good. 6, although the hotel is in a great location there is a lot of noise that goes on throughout the night from the prominard until about 4am and we had noisy neighbours. Now for my main gripes, 1, Africa men and woman were a nuesance, we were warned that the woman try to shake your hand and don't let go while another goes down your bag. The men sell these blow up balloons that contain some sort of substants and sell weed openly during the day...... My only gripe with hotel was that although you could drink what you wanted and as much as you wanted at breakfast you couldn't even have water unless you paid 1 euro 80 per bottle and as my family of 4 could drink a bottle each with our meal it would of cost us an extra £60 plus for the week just for water with our meal. We did take our own water in with us that we got cheaper at the super market but were told we couldn't have it in the dining room. Top tip take a small kettle with you and there is a garage across the road from the hotel to get bits or even better come out of the front of hotel, turn left then left again then cross at crossing turn left and you have a mini spar shop 5 minute from hotel. And now for my biggest worry is that my balcony had two windows that opened on to it, they were bathroom Windows. One was mine and the other was next doors. They were big enough for a a adult to climb through and at stand height. So if open them you could look into next doors bathroom or they could watch you on your balcony, really weird.
