Deniz Bon 30/04/2017 10:45Highly recommended by single girls. Rich breakfast, car park, close to city town, friendly atmosphere and backyard garden gives the feeling that you are at home. Owners also deal with personal issues. It's in the city centre
Great Stay
flokygizmoon 20/02/2017 14:15We stayed here for four days in the middle of a tour of the Turkey and Georgia. The Sezgin Pansion is located about 150m of Kusadasi Main City Center, but its very quite and has got free parking . We chose the place because it was recommendet by our friends wich they stayed at segins pansion at 2016.It is run by a nice,helpful family who were very helpful when we were organising our trips to the ruin sites that surround Kusadasi. The room itself was large,clean the bathroom was very clean. The garden is very nice and we enjoyed sitting out at night with a beer.Breakfast was fine and in line with what we got in all other places we stayed. It was enough food to keep us going until lunch and was a nice, typical Turkish breakfast. If you stay in a traditional pension in Turkey, you can't expect the enormous amounts of food you get fed in the US or the UK (good so!)
We had a great Time at Sezgins Pansion ,Contrary to what the last review is written.
A Dump

Up a very steep Hill from the main town centre with rundown and derelict houses on each side, feels very unsafe as if you're going to be mugged at any minute. The whole place is constructed with tired, damaged, dirty, pine wood cladding, the pool you can't see the bottom because the water is so cloudy, the staff are rude and try to overcharge you at every opportunity. Doors are constantly banging all night as drunks come back from the main town discos. the room stank of drains and felt like a prison cell with a hard bed with thin stained sheets, dust and dirt everywhere.
Battersea Dogs Home would condemn this place as kennels.

Agreat Family Place with a Top Location and Free Private Car Parking on site
ronaldhob1976on 18/01/2017 10:23we did only stay for two day at sezgins. it was easy to find and the most importand plus was the free car parking ,if you are travelling with a rent a car its definetly a plus point.
the rooms are clean and large the wifi connection was superb.Breakfast was nice omlet ect.
the location is top.we where happy to choose sezgins for our two days vacation at kusadasi town.
What a great suprise,great location ,swimming pool,free private car parking.
harni1980on 19/08/2016 11:44We did first whant to stay at ephesian guest house ,after we whent there we did change our minde becouse it didnt have any parking space ,if you travelling with a rental car it schould be better to have secure parking place. Anyway so we check sezgins pansion just oposit from ephesian guesthouse.the rate was the same and the rooms larger with tv swimming pool and most importand :free private car parking.we did stay for 4 days and we had a fantastic time.
