LERA7on 10/06/2017 14:23This is a lovely property set in a wonderfully cared for garden. It is a 2 minute walk to the little village. Our room was lovely and exceeded our expectations. Actually web photos do not do it justice. It was large and nicely decorated and it was very comfortable and clean. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The highlight for us was our own patio area where we sat for hours watching all the wildlife, birds and chipmunks, in the beautiful garden. Bob was on hand if we needed to ask any questions. The breakfast provided was not really to our taste but it was not a problem and there was some fresh fruit and orange juice. I would love if US hotels and Inns would provide a kettle for us tea drinkers. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to return. It is a great place to stay to explore the area and I would highly recommend it to other travellers.

Bob Won 27/04/2017 00:05Excellent choice if you are staying in the area. Rooms are nice and clean and well equipped. Bob and Mary are excellent hosts and couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. The fireplace is an added benefit and you can walk to any of the local eating places. Definitely will make a return trip.
Best of a B&B and a Hotel
Kimberly Ron 28/02/2017 03:31We took a last-minute trip and wanted a room with a fireplace. We booked the Honeymoon suite and definitely got a great fireplace. The Inn is fairly modern. Rooms are spacious and include a bedroom area/couch and eating area. The bathroom is quite large, and our room also included a very large jetted tub. One of the things we don't like about B&Bs is having to look presentable to have breakfast at a set time with a bunch of strangers. Because of this, we really enjoyed having a light breakfast in our room (quiche in the fridge and bagels/muffins in a basket). The coffee was excellent, and we got to enjoy it in our pajamas in front of the fireplace! We met Bob, the innkeeper, and he was very gracious and welcoming.

Jill Ron 10/02/2017 22:14You couldn't ask for more friendly accommodating hosts than Bob & Mary. The place is spotless, comfortable roomy all in all perfect. Short walk into an eclectic town full of charm and friendly shopkeepers. We will be back!

Mike Kon 02/11/2016 00:14Excellent Inn, We spent one night and it was beyond our expectations. You cannot go wrong staying at this very nice inn. Owners were responsive and helped us get around the area to restaurants and other historic sites. We plan on booking here again next year to view the fall colors.
