Excellent hotel

Stayed for two nights. Check in was smooth and upgraded to next level of room. Location is excellent and very close to MRT train. Staff is helpful. Also very near to shopping area. Good connection from airport as can take city bus with cheapest price or can take airport shuttle. Room was excellent with all basic amenities. Internet was also good. Lots of restaurants are nearby to hotel.

Location is everything

The location in this hotel is everything! Very, close to Jordan station--just about a minute walk, literally. Though rooms are small, and amenities do not include coffee/tea making facilities, it is highly recommendable to all travellers.

Great value/location for a short stay

Recently stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival I was allocated a room on the 5th floor that reeked of cigarette smoke. I complained to the reception and was given a room on the 9th floor that had been recently revenerated. This room was modern, relatively small but ideal for a short stay and the bed was really comfortable with a firm mattress. Didn't have a problem with the air con. Large LG tv, safe, tea and coffee making facilities.

As previous reviews have stated the hotel is in a great location, easy to get to from the airport and right next door to Jordan MTR. Temple Street market is a five minute walk away.

Just make sure at the time of booking that if you don't smoke be clear to request a non smoking room. I didn't.

One important factor to point out is that there is a renervation project being undertaken certainly around the 9th floor. This was pointed out to me at the time I was given the room and that there would be drilling between 10am and 6pm. I didn't find this a problem at all as I was out all day but if you wanted to sleep during these times you wouldn't.

The hotel is very well located, just next to Jordan MTR Station.
The room is very comfortable and there is everything you need and if you do not have an adaptor or need anything, the staff is always willing to assist you very quickly.
There was always someone to open the door for you which I found very nice.
It is a great value! Would stay there again

Noisy and non working Air Con's

Spent two nights here and that was two nights too many. I checked in on the first day which was really easy, got in the room and it was a typical box room. Bed and one step and you hit the bathroom. I went out right away after leaving my bags so when i got back late evening and heard that the air con was the loudest in the region unfortunately if was too late to change rooms so it was an uncomfortable evening, plus with the air con not working at all, it was a hot room.

The next day we were moved to a much larger room but the air con unit was exactly the same so i believe they need some major service on their air con units.

I wouldn't return although the location was very convenient.
