Me and my partner booked this hotel because it had a pool, provided all the basics and was a reasonable price.

The location was fine for us because we don't mind a 15 minute walk (to the nearest metro station, EUR Fermi) but, probably not suitable for families with young children or older people who prefer smaller distances.

PROs:

- We were shown to our room at the end of a corridor (through the garden). It was huge - not noisy, clean and had a nice balcony & view of the garden.

- Air conditioning in room was a massive plus for us.

- Shutter on the balcony made us feel safe and secure.

- Maids were thorough and nice.

- There is a mall 5 minutes walk away (Euromar2) and it has lots of food places, ATM's and shops.

- Pool was a really good size, very clean and staff around the pool were attentive.

- Bar and Restaurant on hotel site was nice but quite expensive.

CONs:

- Staff (in the hotel) were a little abrupt at times and certain things seemed an inconvenience.

- There was only one plug in the room

- The hairdryer was really weak

- Certain things in room need updating like our toilet paper dispenser was broke (staff knew about this) and some grouting needs renewing around shower area.

- Wifi was mostly good but did cut out a few times.

Overall, we had an amazing time in Rome in and the hotel was really good for what we needed.

Would recommend this hotel for young couples, families with older children and business people.

The location is easy to reach from Airport, it is not the newest hotel, but have nice rooms with view to the garden and balconies. I had a small room and cleanness was not as I expected for a 4 Star hotel. I found shaving stuff from former guest in the shower, and also hairs on places you won't like it. Personal was ok, but could be bit more friendly. Breakfast did meet my expectations, but this is personal taste. Garden was nice, but was not providing suitable, clean seats for relax. I see some room for improvement!!
Pool area was closed and I was informed on arrival that it will not open before June :-(
We had 28 degrees and a short swim would be great!

Overall I would come back, but would ask for a different room.

My room was at the very far end of the hotel and it was small and freezing. There was no carpet on the floor, only tiles and two rugs, which made it worse. The windows were patio doors, so there was a note not to leave them open overnight for security reasons, which as a lone traveler I didn't find overly comforting. When I checked in, none of the staff spoke English but one. The consierge took me upstairs to show me where my room was, then pointed in the vague direction, said something in Italian and walked off. I had to follow signs the rest of the way, and I had still some distance to go. The bar was closed when I went to try to buy water, at 9.30pm, and the staff in the restaurant didn't speak English, or French or Spanish, I tried them all, only Italian. The hotel is at the corner of two busy dual-carriageways, so if I hadn't had my ear plugs I wouldn't have been able to sleep with the noise. I would never stay here again. Breakfast was also terrible, the only fruit was pineapple and melon slices, the vast majority was pastries and sweet things. The only cooked food was scrambled egg and bacon.

Clean spacious rooms, breakfast included. Choice of pizzeria or cordonbleau restaurant and bar with a wide range if free snacks. But the food is so good and the portions generous, who needs snacks. The generous portions are not only for the food the alcohol measures are just as generous. Friendly helpful staff and professional, always ready to assist any time day or night. They also offer the option for a fee of airport transfers.

Good Hotel

Myself and friend stayed in the hotel when attending a concert. If you are wanting a location close to Atlantico concert venue then this hotel is for you, it is across the road.
The rooms were big and clean and the staff pleasant Good wi-fi throughout the hotel. The only gripe is that the hotel advertises that it has an American Bar/restaurant on site. However when finding the bar we soon realized it was more like a coffee shop.
Also across the road is a large shopping mall. I personally don't know what else you might want with a hotel so far out of town but for what we required it was perfect
