After reading the reviews, we were extremely nervous of what to expect. But we were pleasantly surprised! It was just for a night and we needed an easy place to crash for the night. It did the job and the man at the front desk was nothing but nice. You get what you pay for, and we weren't disappointed. Thank you Shayona Inn!

I tried to think of something nice, but, the chain lock was broke, bite marks in a lamp shade.....vite marks! How does one do that? So dirty with walls stained and looked as if they hadn't been wiped since 1984. No WiFi because "everyone" is using it????? Wtf! Don't waste ur money! But for the nice thing ... Checked out and left and will never b back!

My sister & I went to N. C., to surprise another sister we hadn't seen in 6 years! We checked several venues to stay 6-7 days! If you call Shayona direct, without middle man; you get a great rate! The pool is gorgeous, clean, with steps & a ladder! We asked the very accommodating mgr., Patel, if we could bring family to swim! There was a charge of $7. a piece. He told us we could get towels, too. My sister & her grandchildren were overjoyed!! They had a ball!! I was surprised; when I had to pay $7 for my sister! She can't walk & is in a wheelchair! We also didn't get towels! Nobody minded going home wet, though; since everyone had FUN! We had 2 big, comfortable beds, a big frig., a microwave, and a nice shower! They even had a light breakfast every morning, from 6-9! I was surprised; since it was extremely reasonable! The lobby was so clean & shiny; the floor looked wet!! The plants were huge! It's the best deal around!!!

To be truthful this place is terrible on a scale I wouldn't even put my dog in a place like this. In fact the kennels he stays in are cleaner and more hygienic. The pictures for here are so out of the truth it's unbelievable. It's false advertising and the hotel/inn what ever you call it deserves to be closed down due to public health. It's disgusting. Book here at your own peril but I would suggest sleeping on the street or in your car it's cleaner and safer !

We booked 5 rooms here. Our 1st guest arrived. Checked into the room. Cigarette butts in the ash tray, old coffee in coffee pot, and the bed pushed down you thought you would hit the floor. We all canceled and drove to next town.
