This place is in a residential area, far away from the crowds, with the beach at the end of the street. Small complex of units, pool, underground parking, for a family of 2 adult and 2 kids reasonably priced it ticks all the boxes. This was my 2nd stay and will book again.

This accommodation was just perfect for my elderly Mother and I on a long weekend break to the Gold Coast. Although there is no lift at this 3 story property I made a call to the onsite managers, after making the booking online,whom were very accommodating in allocating a first floor room. The apartment was the perfect size for us, I suspect a little small for a larger party, that included a kitchen suitable to prepare simple meals. Located walking distance to the beach and some local shops was ideal.

I travelled alone for 2 nights with a 4 month old. As soon as I walked in the door I felt like I was part of their family. They even loaned me a stroller.
So close to the beach, shops, restaurants and great cafés.
Easy to get transport to. I was the second stop on the shuttle bus.
I will definitely come again.

Stayed here for three nights as we needed short term accomodation for a weekend trip. Located via Jetstar website, and was good value for our needs. The building is old but clean, and the self contained apartment was more than comfortable for our needs. Had a balcony and was able to see the ocean from our top floor room. The owners were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble,

When I arrived there was no one about, I just found my key in an envelope with my name it on the counter! Not a good start. I had emailed ahead saying I would have my 7 year old grandson for 2 nights, so could the bedding be suitable for this - no reply to my email! And therefore no suitable bedding for a 7 year old! There was an annoying dripping tap that I reported, but this was not fixed during my stay. Overall Shaz Maisons Apartments were a big disappointment, and certainly not value for money. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
