A mixed experience
CMMSeatteon 07/06/2012 21:00I stayed in this hotel for business. The room was small but newly renovated and clean. It did seem to be nonsmoking even though there were ashtrays in the room. There was a funny leg massaging machine in the room (see picture). The location was fine, and it actually seemed less polluted near the hotel than it was closer to the airport. There didn't seem to be much of a concept of customer service. The front desk staff spoke no English and rolled their eyes at us when we tried to ask a question.

nester101on 05/06/2012 03:03Excellent business hotel. Excellent location with superb service. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, the real reason I'm writing is that I accidentally left my wallet in my room when I checked out of the hotel about 10 days ago and didn't notice it for about 36 hours. I'm back in the US now and am truly grateful and amazed to report that the wallet was just delivered to me - with all the credit cards and cash intact! I am incredibly impressed by the honesty and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Kudos to the Shenzhen Guest House!
