Valet parking and hotel manager's temper issue

It was last week when I was checking out of the hotel and the hotel Valet succeeded the mission impossible by locking my car's door while the engine is running. Luckily the second key was in the same city and I was able to get the issue sorted in an hour. Although it cost me an hour of running 5.2 lt engine petrol and another car bringing the second keys. Anyways, lesson was learnt and since then i don't hand my car keys even to a restaurant valet. I am staying in the hotel this week as well and this is

did what I was told. And today I was asked to park the car 10meters away of where I
Parked and I asked why this time. The answer was a tragedy for a 5 star hotel, I

Off to those who parks or allows to park the cars to this point in the car park. Then
I complaint about this to the reception and I was told by the manager on duty that actually the hotel manager wouldn't really
Tell me off if i had parked my car there. I really wanted to share this strange experience and I am hoping that the manager wont tell me off if he ever reads this.

It was great to wake up to a fantastic view from my room. This coupled with the breakfast spread were the highlights of this hotel.
Room was spacious and neat as expected from Sheraton. Unfortunatley I didnt have the time to enjoy the facilities as the stay was for a day.
Hope to be back.

It was our second time at this great hotel . It has international standards. Great view to the river and to the famous mosque in Adana.
The staff is very professional and helpful.
The rooms are clean and silent with high level inventory . Special security procedures during checking in. Gives you a good and secure feeling.
The gym is good, great pool place , bar and restaurant very good. Breakfast is nice . We will go again to this hotel.

Arrived to high security, which immediately made me feel safe, was greeted at the door with a very pleasant welcome, and greeted with a smile which made me feel welcome, front desk very professional and helpful, which made me feel that I am listened to. The room was immaculate and very spacious. The bed was so comfortable, i felt like i was sleeping on clouds. The breakfast was buffet style, staff was great but the buffet i feel could have had a little more variety. Check in check out was very smooth. I would like to say a big thankyou for your great hospitality. I am about to rebook another week at this hotel for my return. Thankyou for making my stay safe and welcoming. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND **

Beautiful hotel with very helpful and polite staff. Rooms have wonderful views of the Seyhan. Very relaxing. The breakfast is a overpriced but good though. The kebap restaurant on site, Onur Kebap had great kebaps with great staff.
