This hotel is wonderful.The Majestic Garden Hotel's blueprint seems like a castle, which is pretty cool. I stayed here for my birthday in August. Parking wasn't ideal when I arrived, I had to park is the very back and pull my four suitcases all the way to the front. The lobby was very nice. There was a booth that allowed you to buy Disneyland tickets, and a nice fireplace area. The front desk service was slow, and there was a small bistro. There was also a small giftshop that had a nice variety of Disney things, and it had a small selection of snacks. My room was a nice size, I had two queen sized beds, and a nice flatscreen television on a small dresser. There was also a nice setup of a glass table and two chairs in the middle, and two night stands in between the beds, which of course had a lamp on it. I was on the first floor which didn't give me a very good view. There was a nice pool outside too. Staff was friendly, and the food was reasonable. Overall, Majestic Garden Hotel was a great place. I'd definitely return here.

I recently stayed here with a friend who was running the Superheros half marathon in Disneyland. I rely on TA reviews, and there will always be good ones and bad ones. First this hotel is in a great location, 15-20 min. walk to Disneyland, but they also provide a free shuttle which was great. The check in took a long time as there was only 2 people working. Our room was big, clean and although it faced the freeway, the noise was minimal. A/C also worked very well. I liked that they had a seperate sink as well outside the bathroom which allowed 2 people to get ready at the same time. The room is well appointed with large TV, sitting area and fridge in room. Cynthia in the bar was fabulous but the food was lacking, I would not suggest eating here. The water pressure in the shower was not great but sufficient for our time there however i would suggest management change the shower heads so that there is better pressure. Overall, we found this a good place to stay while visiting Disneyland. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend.

I didn't have a choice in where I stayed since I was traveling for work, and my company chose this hotel. At first, I thought it was old but stately; I soon realized it was just old. I give them credit for trying to update some things, but there's still a ways to go. I'll start with the bad stuff so I can end on a high note.
Cons
- The bathrooms are tiny, and my drain (much like others' reviews noted) was slower than molasses. I was standing in about three inches of water, which is grody, and the shower curtain kept blowing in on me. The tubs and bathrooms themselves are TINY, and the lighting is awful.
- The rooms are pretty large, but there are hardly any outlets. I had to unplug the clock just to plug in my cell phone charger.
- My room was right next to the pool, and there was A LOT of screaming there at night.
- The walls are paper thin. Thank goodness for my white noise app at night, but all evening and morning, I could plainly hear the family next door as if they were standing in my room.
- They do provide shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, but they're pretty awful, so plan on bringing your own. There's also a small hair dryer in the room.
Pros
- There's a nice (but small) gym, free wi-fi, and a decent bar/restaurant. I ate dinner there once, and it was pretty salty but manageable.
- There's also a market where you can buy coffee, drinks, pre-packaged snacks, a few bakery items, and some souvenirs.
- I didn't go to Disneyland, but it looked like they had a free shuttle there and a stand in the lobby to help with vacation planning. You can also see the nightly fireworks from the hotel.

My check-in experience was great at the front desk. My husband and I walked around the property and liked how it felt comfortable and ideal for families. We used the free shuttle to the Disney Parks and it worked out great for us. The only thing I would recommend is that they upkeep the minor cosmetic details of the room.

Very impressed by the Service we received, the whole hotel is beautiful and we were very surprised at how big and attractive the lobby area was. The shop came in very handy for last minute snacks and the the Man who helped us at the Disney planning desk was very friendly and informative. The free Disney shuttle bus was a brilliant way to get to the Disney parks and downtown Disney. All in all I can’t Fault a single part of our stay here! I would recommend the Majestic Gardens to anyone travelling to Anaheim!
