Fantastic Service and Amenities
Bluenoser58on 01/08/2017 15:52My wife and I stayed at the hotel for night as part of a cross-country trip. Tim contacted us 3 days in advance of arrival asked if any special requests - great service! After a long day of driving, we were so pleasantly surprised to arrive to a bottle of champagne, chocolate coated strawberries and 2 breakfast buffet coupons!! We are SPG Platinum members and this is amongst the best service we have ever received at an SPG property! Room was perfect - fitness facility and breakfast buffet were first class! Lots of parking and great location ! Thanks Tim and Ann Arbour staff....Daniel and Leslie
Clean, Quiet, Nice
Jubin Eon 01/08/2017 02:01Stayed here for business for one night. Very comfortable stay - room and amenities were adequate for work and a comfortable night's rest.
It's in the quiet part of town but plenty of Lyft and Uber available in minutes to anywhere.
The food in the cafe was pretty good.
Great Room
faelia007on 19/07/2017 21:35Stayed here on business for two nights. This hotel is nicely decorated and the room I had was very spacious and comfortable. Provided a good nights sleep and great place to relax after business hours. The only slight issue was when turning on the shower the handle seemed to want to pull away from the wall at the base and needed to be more securely fastened.
Great place that I would return to again!
Do not honor reservations, stay away
mnf65on 12/07/2017 05:17I am an SPG gold member and have stayed here twice a month for over 2 years. Tonight, arriving at 10:45 pm, they gave away my room because I had booked through a third party now required by my company, despite my loyalty. I have two more bookings this month that will now be cancelled along with the rest of my company's bookings that is headquartered here in Ann Arbor. If they can not hold a booking through our corporate rate we cannot trust to stay here. Beware!
great staff fun pool
Phishstx52on 11/07/2017 16:58Great hotel experience. I was there for a lacrosse tournament. The staff did a great job, the bar cool. The pool was indoor outdoor and the kids had fun swimming back and forth.There seemed to be lots of banquet rooms and the hotel was quite large. Great stay and yummy breakfast.
