Look nowhere else in Bursa ...
Examineron 14/05/2017 18:28Wonderful staff and a lovely hotel. They made my birthday far away from home a real treat and I cannot thank them enough.
A truly joyful experience for me and a hotel where everything is on tap. Wonderful food, superb buffet breakfasts, a pool open until 11pm and just somewhere to relax from the moment you step through the door. I felt like Cinderella when I left to go back to reality ... WELL DONE EVERYONE!
Good hotel with very good restaurant
Mac_Don2000on 04/03/2017 12:45Sheraton Bursa is a conveniently located hotel in Bursa. Rooms are big and toilets are super big. It is reasonably priced and share same campus with aloft. They have heated and open pool along with a good gym. The restaurant is serving good mix of local and international food.
It is suitable for all kind of travel
Average but nice
aplusbeeon 03/03/2017 09:26The hotel is not right in the center of Bursa, but in a new district, where you can drive to center. The , rooms are spacious and new and breakfast is good, the beds could have been more comfortable. The hotel is quiet, the lobby is not so big and the bad part is there is no place other than the lobby where you can sit and have a drink. There is also a nice spa in the hotel.
Excellent facility with rude front desk and management
Fajhanon 19/02/2017 04:38The hotel has an excellent facilities: rooms , spa , restaurant. But the issue with the front desk and restaurant staff who are not friendly and not to the 5 star level. The management of the hotel are not caring enough to follow up on any complaints. The hotel is excellent if you don't get any issues with the staff but if you do I suggest that you ignore it and enjoy you trip and don't expect any attention.
A place to visit with a wife/gf
Amro Ion 01/12/2016 20:50Bursa in general has that vibe.
As for the hotel, it has a good location relatively close to the bazar and the museum (15 mins by car). The spa is nice however I feel the message rooms could use a re-vamp. Maybe an addition of scented oil steam in the room or something like that and some light music in the background. However the message therapist I had was outstanding (forgot her name but she was from bali).
There is one restaurant but serves a wide variety of cuisine and the meal I had there was very tasty.
Staff is very friendly and efficient and communication in English is not very difficult.
My room on the club lounge level is well decorated and sized, I personally didn't like the carpet or the metal file storing type cabinets they have on the sides of the bed... thought it looked a bit tacky for a 5 star resort but this is just my opinion.
Over all very nice and relaxing stay. I recommend visiting the Turkish hamam and giving yourself a Turkish scrub down! You can do it yourself or have it done for you. Both are fun, I would probably opt for the latter.
