Good Location But Dated Somewhat
Matthew Con 30/08/2017 16:28Stayed last week and this is first time in about 15 years since I stayed here last. And the pace really looked exactly the same. All round the hotel is very adequate and functional but has next to nothing in the way of wow factor. The Sky Lounge bar still has the same view of course but little else to recommend. Very compact gym, small pool area (disinterested staff), small but OK Plat Member Lounge. Rooms fine. Breakfast was plenty of choice but very busy but a bit bland I would say!
The big plus is that if you are intent to stay in TST/Nathan Rd then location is excellent. So if you are out all day and this location is important its a good bet with prices just about OK. But if you are looking for something with a bit of "special" about it or somewhere your going to relax for 1/2 a day here and there then there are better places to stay I would say.
Great location, Beautiful Hotel
Mrtravelbeeon 30/08/2017 10:30I really enjoyed my time at this Sheraton, close to the Train station, easy to get to around the city, Beautiful rooms, amazing customer service food is delicious, Also i am a huge cigar aficionado and this hotel has a La Casa Del Habano on the 2nd level. I loved this hotel.
Ordinary and expensive
JCWon 30/08/2017 07:34So many of Starwood's 5* properties are remarkable: fabulous rooms, great design, a wonderful atmosphere. This place? Simply dull, with nothing particularly to commend it - other than the fabulous river views from the top floor restaurant. The exec lounge is plain, with friendly staff but a small selection of uninspiring nibbles. And the price of food in even the hotel's most basic cafe is, frankly, disgraceful even by the standards of HK. Very disappointing.
A satisfactory hotel for the price^^

Several buildings in the front of the hotel are under construction, so the surroundings are rather cluttered.
It is an ideal location for sightseeing and generally satisfactory for price.
Service and facilities are at a general level, and luxury is somewhat lacking.
Great hotel with perfect location

We arrived early in the morning, but were given our room directly upon arrival, which was both convenient and highly appreciated.
The room was located in the “Tower” with access to the lounge.
The room was small, but had all necessary. The bathroom was equipped with both a shower as well as a bathtub.
The lounge, winebar and the Oyster bar are located on the top floors overviewing the harbor and Hong Kong Island.
You can choose to have breakfast in the Café next to the lobby or in the Oyster bar. We preferred the latter, enjoying the beautiful view. Great selection to choose upon. Eggs are ordered as a la cart from the menu.
The prices at the hotel restaurants are in general more expensive than comparable restaurants in the area.
The staff were all great and friendly.
