Just one word: excellent!

I stayed for 2 weeks in this wonderful hotel. First, this is the only decent, high-end hotel in the area, so there is not much choice out there. Despite of that, the hotel totally measures up with the expectation.
Staffs: very friendly, professional, and mostly speak very good English (again this is not a norm in China, so +++ points!)
Facilities: excellent gym, spa, and swimming pool.
Restaurants: good range of Asian cuisines (Chinese, Japanese, Indians) and breakfast is awesome! Big thanks to chef Tharu Jugman for the excellent Indian cuisine and great service!
Room: I appreciate to be recognized as platinum member, and offered an upgrade to grand suite: which is very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Service: beyond excellent! I appreciate that housekeeping proactively brought me a mouse pad, which makes it easier to work on a glass table. Well done!
Ambiance: feels very grandeur and serene - it has a big outdoor property with large serene garden, where you can wander around (i.e. they grow their own veggies in this garden)
All in all, despite being the only choice of high-end hotel in town, Sheraton does not lower its standard and becomes complacent. They are totally measured up with my expectation.
The only improvement point: the hotel has this musty odor in the lobby area. This odor also persists in the halls on 2nd and 3rd floors, which have air connection with the lobby. Perhaps hotel can invest in installing fresheners to combat the bad odors.

Looking for authentic Indian cuisine and a very welcome change when you have spent some time in China - all thanks to Chef Jugman Tharu 👍 no where like it in JIANGSU - very popular with all residents

Good hotel with friendly staff. The food at restaurants is good (Chinese, Japanese, buffet (also Indian)). Also the sportfacilities (fitness, swimming pool) are nice. Would visit next time if I am around.

Sheraton club lounge

Excellent service from Tina and Angel. They are very helpful and friendly. The lounge has a happy hour from 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm with a nice spread of food and drinks. They have a breakfast which has a lovely spread.

Jiangyin is heavy industry area so I guess this place serves all the specialists who visit, many westerners. As such the hotel is to a high standard with excellent rooms with all you need. Feast buffet is excellent too, with the Indian guy a high point.
I would give five stars but I've just sat waiting one hour for them to organise me a club sandwich in the lobby lounge. They obviously forgot but no explanation.
I would expect this terrible service to extend to room service too so watch out.
