Previously we had stayed at local hotels in Jinzhou when we visited family in the surrounding area. This time we decided to stay at the Sheraton and what a pleasant surprise. This hotel is newer and modern. The deluxe room is spacious and comfortable. The wifi in the room works reasonably well and the lan line is good, too. The bed is a little soft, but for many western people that's a good thing. The room has a nice tub and a shower, with Jack and Jill sinks. The room has a small refrigerator and a safe in the closet. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices of western, Japanese and local cuisine. (The donut was the closest thing to an American donut I've had in China. :) ) The staff has been very professional and pleasant throughout the hotel. Although, I am not able to enjoy swimming on this trip the pool looks wonderful. If you pass through Jinzhou this hotel is definitely the best in the city. (we stayed in room 820...it was near the elevators but quiet and was a great room.)

The hotel is located in a new area of Jinzhou. A shopping mall is in construction in front of the hotel. The decoration is luxurious. The room space is generous and the equipment of the rooms is expensive. The breakfast is good. The lobby bar has different drinks, not always the case in China. The conference location is professional. The service is nice. Everything is worth 4 points. But the rooms are, in the period of transition from winter to summer, way too hot. The air condition is not working during this period of time and the rooms are heating up due to the sun and the big windows. A small window can be open only a crack.

This is a very beautiful hotel, with a nice swimming pool and very good fitness room, equipped with enough and recent fitness equipment.
I will definitely come back there to enjoy the place
The restaurant is good with enough choice and good quality.

what else can you choose from in this little city of jinzhou, the only international hotel in town
breakfast was a meal, thats it really
rooms were big though
pool was big 25 meters, but its oval, so u can't swim straight if there's more than one swimmer

As I usually use Sheraton worldwide, I was happy to see this brand in Jinzhou. I went there with a friend for an afternoon tea, but staff on reception was quite rude!! Even though my friend is chinese they didnt show any interest for us. While we ask questions about the club lounge, they asked us to step aside so they can deal with an other guest! What?!?! Totally ruined my mood. Very disappointing. Is it a bar or 5 stars hotel?? Front of house staff needs to learn the different. At least the staff at the club lounge was nice.
