RUNDOWN ROOM--POOR EXPERIENCE
jmurrayolympicon 16/08/2017 22:35Check in took about 15-20 minutes & I was running late for a meeting. Room 1502 was spacious--that was it. 3 night stay. Carpet stained, no soundproofing-could hear guests in adjacent room, cracked sink, beat up furniture, shower & bathroom doors old, dirty & sticking, caulking in bathroom worn & not pleasing to look at. Won't stay here again.
Comfort hidden in Mendoza
Frank Ron 13/07/2017 20:43We attended a conference in Mendoza and stayed at the hotel for the six days . The furnishings were updated and the staff was very accommodating . We enjoyed the club lounge and were treated to a very good breakfast and lunch in the dinning room on the main floor . The location was central and we walked to most places we needed to get to .
Stunning hotel, excellent staff
canadagirl123on 02/07/2017 22:32A beautiful hotel in downtown Mendoza right in the Centre of things. We got upgraded to the Governor's Suite. It was beautiful. Excellent club lounge. Staff spoke perfect English and in particular we appreciated Martin!
Standard experience

The only concern was the hotel management which took almost two months to get my bill straight; but we got it worked out in the end with a lot of effort. Hotel was clean. Room cleaning should have been better.

Good conference facilities in first floor.
Great buffet breakfast.
Quiet bar, with local beers, and of course famous local wines
Recommended.
