Extra special Noosa hotel
mandy112016on 20/11/2017 22:26Everything you need for an ultimate relaxing and indulgent holiday is all around you! I recently stayed here with my husband for a few nights. The hotel has a very inviting feeling with warm bright colours in the room. It is also extremely clean! The cleaning staff really go above and beyond and do a fantastic job! The highlight of this hotel is the amazing pool and swim up bar. It was lovely to lounge here everyday and have cocktails or food brought to you. The hotel is also situated in a perfect spot. A few steps down to Hastings St snd right accross the road from the beach. If you're looking to stay somewhere a little extra special this is your hotel!
Service, location and little surprises a delight
165sigridson 19/11/2017 23:39It was our 30th wedding anniversary. Sofitel upgraded our room type, placed some sweets and champagne in the room to welcome us and made us feel special. We took the ferry to the restaurant and walked back to the hotel. Wonderful.

L_12_10on 19/11/2017 22:22We had really nice weather the week we were up at Noosa, the pool was really really cold. Didn’t enjoy using it. The staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, not 5 star standard & not amazing. The rooms are lovely and really big. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot (no ocean views). The cot they provide for babies is horrible, old, metal, thing that I couldn’t lay my child into the bars were too high and you couldn’t adjust them. The charge for a cot is an absolute joke, I have never come across that before. The food and drink service around the pool is great.

Bille60on 19/11/2017 21:24The rooms are extremely large & well appointed. The hotel has a bar overlooking the Noosa River & also a bar facing Hastings St. Both had great atmosphere & friendly staff. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety & eggs could be cooked to order. Great swimming pool.
Can't fault the Sofitel
2escaperson 17/11/2017 16:15We had a wonderful short break at the Sofitel. From the moment we checked in we found the staff to be friendly and attentive, going out of their way to accommodate us with an early check in despite them being totally booked the previous night. The rooms were extremely spacious, well decorated and clean. An added bonus was the microwave in the room which is handy for families with children. The buffet breakfast provided a good selection of cereals, fruit and hot and cold options, with a chef on hand to cook eggs to your liking. We also utilised room service and again found the food to be of a high standard and generous in serving size. The pool facilities were excellent with a swim up bar, separate jacuzzi and amazing cabanas with your own personal waiter (if you're up for a splurge). Wait staff were constantly servicing the pool area for food and drink orders and the complimentary aperitifs were a lovely touch. The hotel is located right in the middle of Hastings Street so is an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Given the hotels location we found that we didn't need the car during our stay. A daily rate is charged for self parking and valet options are available. If you're looking to stay in Noosa, the Sofitel is definitely worth a visit.
