Average airport hotel - with great staff
Jaspercoon 25/07/2017 00:30This is an average and therefore perfectly adequate airport hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and reasonably equipped. More impressive are the friendly and efficient staff (shuttle drivers, receptionists, bar/restaurant servers, front of house manager) who clearly enjoy their jobs and go out of their way to welcome guests, which says much both for their morale and the quality of the management. I chose Eggs Benedict off the breakfast menu, rather than going for the buffet - that was probably a mistake, since the muffin was barely toasted, the eggs hardly cooked and the potatoes tasteless. However, dinner the night before was good!
Clean, but sloppy, with horrible Wi-Fi.
Brian Pon 20/07/2017 19:25Decent place for a quick stay. It's clean, but not well take care of. Wallpaper peeling off the walls in the hallways near elevator, as well as in my room. Small things made this hotel feel sloppy and unkempt... like my TV on the dresser, the base was installed crooked... I tried to turn it so it was straight, but couldn't because it was attached to the dresser. Very small detail, but the small details are what make the differences in a 5 star hotel.
That said, I was here for a business meeting over two days. The Wi-Fi kept going out every few minutes, and you'd have to re-authenticate. Not conducive for business meetings at all. On top of that, the catering they provided was less than stellar. One meal without any vegetarian or vegan options (we had 200 people here) on day one, and then day two was completely vegan without any proteins at all. Two forms of pasta, with salad and bread. Carbs on top of carbs, for people sitting in a room for 9 hours? Again, the small things are what make a visit worth it.
In house restaurant is ok, great drinks as well. If you're in and out for the airport, you'll be fine.

travelpilot65on 16/07/2017 15:51A little dated as a far as decor goes. Very nice lobby area and a courteous front desk staff. My room had a comfortable mattress. Hotel is very close to the airport. Shuttle service was a bit slow picking us up. Quick stay and good for that.
Oldie but a goody
John Mon 16/07/2017 05:24Other than the bad smell in my room (room 220), this place is decent. I think someone must have smoked in it and they attempted to extract the smell. The wallpapered rooms could use a little updating, but for the cheap price and convenience with free shuttle service to the airport this hotel offers, this place works out to be a good bang for your buck. Staff took forever to check us in, but he was friendly unlike other reports of mean staff.

nillas12on 19/06/2017 23:20This was a fairly nice hotel. The woman that checked us in was not very friendly The room was a good size although the beds were much softer then I like. The hotel was convenient to major roads which was nice. Overall it was an okay hotel
