I stay there for several days on a business trip.
Their wifi, noise and attitude REALLY surprise me. I can't believe this a Sheraton hotel I used to. So disappointed.
After 6pm there is no wifi connection in my room, I reported it to front desk every day and here come what surprised me:
1) the front desk says that room never had a wifi problem before, and trying to ignore me.
2) a technician finally come to my room, and he confirmed there is no wifi signal, and left.
3) I requested a ethernet cable adapter, or router, or room change, or use meeting room all get refused.
I have to use my cellular data for video conference at night all these days.
Another issue is noise, you can hear clearly what TV is player next door.
Overall, it is horrible. Be careful.

Stayed here on business while working nearby. The hotel is perfect for the nearby offices but slightly out of the way for anything else. Stayed on the club level, the room was spacious and well equipped although the air con was quite loud. The club was slightly disappointing, not very big and not much choice for food or drink. Some more breakfast options would be nice. Staff were friendly and helpful plus the bar is good, nice food & good drinks. Would stay here again if working nearby but better places if you don't need to be right here.

I have stayed here a few times over the years because it is the only Starwood hotel in the area, but do not plan to do so again. It is not conveniently located to anything (no restaurants anywhere, not close to Metro) and far outside D.C. The weekend buffet breakfast is poor. The "fresh fruit" is clearly from Sysco, and not served with any care. The dining room is depressing. Front desk staff were friendly, and check in was quick, but kids running up and down the hallways was distracting. Marriott, here I come.

Stayed here for a wedding, what a lovely location. Wonderful food, helpful staff. Really was nice having the river walk style center adjacent with all it's food, shopping and entertainment. Only minuses were very slow elevators, and twice had very dark water in the bathroom, which cleared by morning, but still disconcerting.

I travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotel while I business. This was the first time staying at this hotel and I was disappointed. Here is what I liked:
(1) Shower was nice - great flow and hot water and easy to control
(2) The bed comforter was nice
What I did NOT like.
(1) The pillows were so soft and thin I could grab any one of the pillow with my single hand,squeeze and my finger touch. ZERO Support
(2) The internet was so bad and so slow, I needed to use my cell phone as a hot spot instead
(3) The room DOES not come with a refrigerator and I had to special request one and was told only a FEW rooms have a refrigerator.
(4) There is only 1 microwave which is at the front desk. No other microwave on site so you need to go to the front desk to microwave anything.
Most OTHER hotels I stay at have both these amenities I was told this was Sheraton's policy - I suggest they change this.
There also was no morning newspaper, as I get in other hotels.
When i town again, I will not stay at this hotel again.
