My friends and I spent 2 nights 3 days (17/6/17/-19/6/17) at this beautiful resort and had ourselves some well deserved R&R. We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa, which came with a private swimming pool and outside entertainment area - great if you have a group of friends or go there with family. The resort is just in front of the beach, it's private. You can have a drink at the bar or a meal whilst facing the beach. It was breezy when we were there. We would like to thank Ogie and the staff, who were polite and professional in taking care of us. The hotel can arrange private boat to the Gili islands for as well as English speaking driver. *love Lombok!*

We booked an interconnecting room as we travelled with our boys, aged 10 and 8. The rooms are nice (colonial styled), with beautiful views of the gardens and beach. However, the bathrooms were rather old and tired and wasn't 100% clean. I believe the hotel is being renovated this year. The hotel grounds are well manicured and the pool was huge with a great slide that the kids loved. While we were there, they were offering free scuba diving lessons at the pool. They had Happy Hour at the pool bar from 5-6pm every evening. We had the buffet breakfast which was great, had lots of food to choose from. There are no elevators at this resort, so it can be tiring carrying your luggage up and down the stairs. Probably best to call the porter if you have lots of luggage (or heavy luggage).

We stayed for five nights. We were greeted with a very refreshing welcome drink. The staff were quick checking us in. The rooms were amazing and had a lovely authentic feel to them. The rooms were clean and neat. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was out of this world and the food in the evening wonderful. The setting and location of the hotel meant you could choose to have a meal out or stay in for some amazing food. The facilities were incredible too. We thoroughly had an amazing and wonderful stay.

Old style but very nice hotel in Senggigi

I stay on July 6 2017 for my family vacation and took four deluxe ocean room. The Staff ms.Egi help me to get the connecting room. thank you.
The room are big and have all good facilities inside.
The hotel is located on seaside so all the kids can play sand and swim. The pool is the best one of those all facilities. The kids are all fun to play in the pool, kids play ground and all the area.
I can use also the computer in their business center with free of charge.
We can walk in a minute from hotel to senggigi central art market.
All my family are very satisfied stay in sheraton senggigi and hope will be back to stay on our next trip.

GREAT PLACE WITH MOST WONDERFUL STAFF. GREAT LOCATION, AND WITH NEW RENOVATIONS COMMING, EVEN BETTER.

Counld not say a single bad thing about the staff. Just wonderful the All the staff in the hotel. BReakfast staff, Bar staff And pool staff Can not attend to you better, even the gardeners are so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Senior management MISS Ogie, Mr Taufic and Dominic(GM)
Also great thanks for your happy smiles and service to MUHARIS, AYU.D, AYU and HARYTONO The pianist, are so attentive and friendly. At the pool are you have ANIK and AGUSTUS, plus many others that atend to what ever you require.
THe food is very good, but you have to have the breakfast And see the variety, selection is A1.
The Sheraton is located in a peaceful area of Sangiggi, close to all areas for shopping, eating and sightseeing. Many tours available and locals are very nice and friendly.
With new renovations on the way, It will be even greater.
If you wish to stay fit you have a gym, Tenis court and lots of beach front to work out.
We recomend the Sheraton Senggigi for long or shot stay. The place is quiet, peaceful and you could not ask for better service, All you have to do is ASK.
