Bryan Fon 14/08/2017 20:07I booked this hotel through a Priceline "Name Your Own Price" deal. For the rate obtained (under $100/night), an excellent value. Full-service, downtown hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the property. Clean, modern room. Nice view of Connecticut River and Memorial Bridge from 7th floor room. Interesting architectural layout with 12 story atrium. Easy parking situation despite city location - $17/night (which I felt was somewhat steep for Springfield). I did not use pool or fitness area. Nice option for a short Western Massachusetts stay.

Beautiful hotel and decor; great location(downtown); noteworthy museums, parks, universities, and landmarks are well within your reach; lots of shops close by; restaurants; bars; underground parking; great pool; remarkable bedding!!!! Top notch hotel!!!

JDubsFRon 31/07/2017 02:18It was just a one night stay after a Six Flags day. The Double Queen room was clearly updated and had nice lighting fixtures and adequate space.
The buffet breakfast was a highlight with custom made omelettes and plenty of choices including many healthy ones.
The pool was pleasant. A bit surprised that a request for six towels on a Saturday morning was a strain when the in-room book was clear towels would be provided.
Solid hotel in the heart of downtown
Frank Aon 31/07/2017 00:55If you're trying to stay in downtown Springfield this place is probably your best bet. Clean and spacious rooms, comfy bed, and some of the rooms on the upper floors have been renovated (see photos). Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The sports bar in the restaurant was good, but can be easily overwhelmed by large event crowds so plan accordingly. Overall a great option to stay in Springfield.
Enjoyed Our Stay
Debra Pon 31/07/2017 00:30My family stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at the Sheraton. It had a refrigerator in what looked like a set of draws (which I figure out the second day I was there). A deluxe room has updated furniture, 15% of the two restaurants at the Sheraton, and faster WIFI The pool and fitness center was very nice, and they have an outside patio with tables and chairs which is very relaxing. I liked the staff, where everyone was friendly and helpful. I went there for my daughter's pageant (again), and was impressed with how clean everything was and the helpfulness of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Springfield.
