A nice quiet hotel
Clyde Mon 17/11/2017 16:15I have staid here several times for work. The staff are nice and accommodating. The hotel itself is a little dated, but the rooms are very large and quiet. I have gotten rooms that are on the small river behind the hotel. It provides nice white noise at night. The restaurant in the hotel is good and has a nice breakfast buffet. I would stay here again if I return for work. This hotel can be hard to get so book in advance.
A true gem
sethaveryon 09/11/2017 04:57Great suite rooms. Beautiful lounge/ restaurant with a view of the river. The rooms were awesome and quite. For the money this hotel was unbeatable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They made great restaurant suggestions and made the stay perfect.
Amazing View of the Falls
Cathy Hon 23/10/2017 16:23We stayed at this hotel in early October 2017 as part of a group for my son's wedding party. Our room was very clean and spacious, plus we had an amazing view of the falls. My son's future in-laws stayed in a suite that was also very nice with a living room area and small kitchen.
We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the proximity of the hotel to some very nice restaurants.
It rained very heavily while we were there and some of the halls had leaky ceilings. My son's future in-laws also had to change rooms because the air conditioner did not work in their original room. But both of these issues where handled promptly and efficiently by the staff.
The rooms were relatively quiet and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We all had issues with our room keys not working after the first night. We were told that it was due to keeping them close to cell phones. This was a minor inconvenience but handled promptly as well.
Several small glitches but over all an excellent stay.

Whitney Bon 14/10/2017 19:06We came here for my birthday I called ahead to get some information about the Falls view room I was told you could not get a good look from Any room only the restaurant. So we booked a room and we had a wonderful view of the Falls. Asked how we can get a better look at the Falls after we got there they said go a long way around the building to the left and cut through the restaurant NO, got a better view from the other side. Room was nice and clean. We were very pleased with that, disappointed with staff. We would have paid for a higher room to get a better view so that is lost $$$ for the owners

Mark Pon 12/10/2017 20:27This property is a real gem. It is up to date, clean and quite. The bar had an older more sophisticated crowd that was quite enough to hear the announcers of the ball game play on the flat screens. Ashley the young waitress provided exceptional professional service. My room was overlooking the falls and rates a 10.
The only qualms I have was the limited food selection in the club both in the evening & at breakfast. In the evening when it ran out (and it did) it was not replenished as the norm with most club lounges. Food service needs to be more creative.
