Concierge Club 18th floor
stephanie jon 19/06/2017 09:56Dexter works evenings on the 18th floor where food and beverages are offered to hotel rewards guest from Monday through Sunday. His warm welcome and professionalism makes this particular social hour very inviting. Dexter treat every guest as if they are home away from home. He greets adults as well as children with a friendly smile and well deserving good conversation about almost any topic imagined. His respectful mannerisms creates a relaxing and fun atmosphere that is well deserving after a day of stressful work in my case. I stayed at the Sheraton for 30 days and his presence made every evening most rewarding. It is nice to relate someone with his presence and experience about travel, food and favorite attractions in the Plaza area. I look forward to my next business stay. I thank you for such great customer service Dexter

Cassandra721on 16/06/2017 12:59Very close to so many restaurants and shops. Very walkable. There is even a movie theater a block away. Really enjoyed my stay and the staff was amazing. Special thanks to Claudio, Dexter, and Kevin. I hope to be back soon!

Digant Pon 13/06/2017 02:32I stayed there last weekend. The Staff was great. I went down to the bar area to have couple beers while watching the game. I'm a vegetarian so i asked Vivek helped me out with the menu and recommended the veggie burger. It was the best veggie burger i ever had. Thanks to Vivek for a great service and also the chef Thunder for good food.

So much that I had to actually ask these ladies their names (which is something I seldom do)!! LaCresia, Lynette, Ashlikay and Rocky made my stay so pleasurable, I am actually looking forward to my return here!!! From the time I checked in, I experienced the best service I've had in quite some time!!! I can truly same my time here has been most enjoyable and these young ladies are the reason!!!

nstarsfanon 09/06/2017 18:37If you're looking for a pet friendly hotel in the Country Club plaza area, you don't have a ton of choices. This hotel is very pet friendly as long as your dog is comfortable with elevators. The location is good with several parks/trails near by. As with any urban hotel, keep in mind you will need to leave the premises to potty your dog. The closest grass is a block away. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet is good but expensive. Our room was spacious and the layout worked well in general. It was a little odd the interior doors and layout of the bathroom relative to the doors (not a distinct door to the bathroom). Noise was not an issue which was great.
