Lisa Son 13/06/2017 03:42The hotel is pleasant and bed comfy and a good location for going to the many historic mansions like the Rockefeller home or the Washington Irving sites, etc.
for some reason there is a bank of many electric chargers for Tesla cars although during my two day stay I did not see any cars getting charged. I guess owners from New York drive up to the Hudson valley for weekends?
There is a big market across the street and a manicure place too. Also there is a small restaurant in the hotel that I didn't try. I have status with Sheraton so ate free breakfast there in the club lounge which was adequate although a bit crowded and the eggs were weirdly runny but the coffee was fine.
Staff was nice all around.

Bonnie Pon 22/05/2017 03:43This Sheraton is so pretty. They were doing some updating when I was there but they were done super quick. They have a shuttle that picks you up from the tarrytown train station. The staff is super friendly. I was there for an conference and rather than calling a taxi, they arranged for the shuttle to take me to the hotel that was actually hosting the conference. The room was clean and comfortable. Room service was speedy and delicious. Rooms have little fridges and the hotel shares a parking lot with the stop and shop. So it's easy to get snacks. I will never stay at another hotel on my quarterly business visits.

cheese plate was delicious.
Enjoyed SPG floor with apps and breakfast.
The room was large, very clean,bathrrom was larger than most,updated.
starbucks coffee offered in room.

Solid hotel right before NY City
Craig Fon 07/05/2017 19:13For an SPG stay, randomly picked this property due to proximity to highway, local train to city and a small town center feel (10m drive). Met all expectations.
Parking was easy with a large lot (free) on front. The hotel is just off the highway in a retail/business park. Close to the Tarrytown Train Station (10 min drive), with one hour posted time to Grand Central.
Rooms were standard Sheraton, well kept and good amenities. Starbucks coffee was in the lobby and a small pool, hot tub and fitness facility on the first floor. Recommend to anyone needed an easy stay in that area. Staff was attentive and super friendly.
Huge breach of trust
Richard Gon 27/04/2017 19:58Hotel was nice and on par with most Sheraton hotels I have been in. Problem is house keeping left our room door propped open for what was likely hours with no one in sight!? House keeper left carts in hallway and never came back.
Best that management could say was sorry for the "inconvenience" and gave us free breakfast. This was not an inconvenience ot was negligent. Not having a serviced room and fresh towels was an inconvenience. Room wide open for who knows how long is a bit more than that.
