Amazing place and great staff!

We booked a block of room and suites for my daughter's wedding. The sales associate that we dealt with was so easy to deal with and always so quick to respond. The hotel itself was beautiful. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about how great they helped make our wedding weekend. Looking forward to coming back to stay just to explore all the fun stuff to do in Westport.

Excellent outdoor spaces for family and friends to gather.

Our baseball team was in town for a tournament and had a great time at the Sheraton Westport Chalet. The hotel rooms were nice and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the pool and patios were a great place for the parents and kids to hang out. We enjoyed it so much that we've already reserved a block of rooms for our tournament next month.

I only stayed one night and didn't get to use any of the facilities, but the gym seemed well equipped, the outdoor pool was nice, and the bar area looked good if you could get a seat at the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful, and might rate it higher if I'd had more time to experience it.

My wife and I are lifetime Gold members of the Starwood Hotel Group ( Aloft, Four Points, W, Sheraton, Westin, and their Luxury Collections) and travel the world. and visiting around 75-80 countries we have stayed at numerous places that are more luxurious.
But the Chalet is an excellent value due to it's location, pricing, and one of the most efficient staffs .The location is convenient to several freeways and streets which means that when you land at the airport it is easy to get to the hotel and it has a lot of free parking. This is a major problem at some hotels or resorts where parking can cost $ 40 per night or more. There are also a number of places to eat and be entertained adjacent to the hotel. We walked to a IMO Pizza place that was 3 minutes from the front door and I enjoyed great music at the Tavern next door to IMO.
The facility is spotless and very well maintained.
BUT, the stars of the property are Mr. Edgar in the club lounge which offers snacks and beverages to Starwood Gold guests or just a place to relax and watch TV or have some solace. As we entered the hotel upon check in, I spotted Edgar as he walked down the hallway in a setting that had nothing to do with the lounge but he had made such an impression on me from previous visits that I instantly spotted him. He is always professionally dress and looks elegant and friendly at the same time.He pays attention to each guest's needs and know everything that happens in the lounge when he is in charge.
He knows many of the people who appear to be frequent business guests and greets them by name and says things like I can get your _____ whatever item for you if you want to take a seat or how is your family or something that is a common bond between him and the visitor.
We never met him but Edgar and the staff rave about the manager, Mitch Bolden. They say he is everywhere greeting arrivals, checking to be that the staff is cared for and functioning well. Everything works perfectly at the Chalet and that is the best reason to stay there.

30 Hours of Bliss

The best part about our stay at the Sheraton Chalet was the superb customer service. At the top of the list was Luchio!! He MADE the stay! When we made our reservations (at the Westport Sheraton) on line the pictures showed an outdoor pool. When we got there we realized upon checkin that that was the CHALET pool. Luchio detected our disappointment and switched us over to the Chalet AND gave us some comp drinks. Upon checking in at the Chalet, Deanna was truly delightful too. Our room, 456, had no view, but who cares...I270 or other buildings hold no appeal for us. It was clean, bed wonderfully comfortable, as expected from Sheraton. The coffee maker didn't work well, only one regular coffee packet anyhow, and the ice bucket had a crack in the bottom that we didn't realize till morning when it had leaked all over the table top and our papers, wallet and purse. It's an older hotel but well maintained for the most part. We live in St Louis; just enjoy getting away from the kids from time to time; and would definitely stay here again! Kudos to Luchio and Deanna!
