Acceptable 5 star hotel. Bus to the hotel from Hong Kong airport. Next to many shops and restaurants. Overall good service and clean room. Towels are old and need replacement. Desk chair shows sign of wear. Very good breakfast buffet. Executive lounge has great service with variety of food and drinks.

The amenities were very nice and welcoming after the long trip to get there from USA. Staff was all very cordial and many spoke some English. Great view of the night lights around the river and short distances to other restaurants and shopping. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and modern. I didn't hear the street noises as much as my travel companions who were in rooms next to mine but they mentioned hearing the next door neighbor night club people in the wee hours of the morning.

A beautiful 5 star motel the best on our 18 day tour of china. Stayed in room 1710 king bed comfy,bathroom was good size ,shower,bath etc.Has safe,iron&board free wi-fi in rooms,room service,laundry.Great views even better when the sun goes down the lights on the building are very pretty.Short 5 min walk to shops&resturants.Has starbucks on recepition level.The seafood buffett is very good lots of choices best feed we had on tour. Breakfast was standard which was a little disappointing after such a great meal.

This Sheraton hotel earns its 5 stars rating. The lobby, its rooms, hallway are nicely detailed, clean and smoke free. The restaurant offers a comprehensive buffet dinner that can satisfy any taste and diet. The morning breakfast is also a sure thing. Overall, if you want a nice stay in a western run hotel in Zhongshan, this is it.

Very convenient location close to the heart of the city! With just a 10-min walk across the bridge you'll arrive at the busiest area of the city, where there are shopping malls and great restaurants with everything you need.
Staff is very friendly and room is nice especially the ones facing the river and the park, and bed and pillows are comfy! Just that the breakfast buffet wasn't as nice as those in big cities - limited choices and so so (and there're flies on the bread...). Would expect a little bit better food!
