Perfect road trip stop

Stayed here on the way to Crater lake. Very clean. Had a good breakfast and pool. I mean it isn't the Four Seasons, obviously, but it was great for a road trip. The drive is beautiful both directions, as well.

We usually stay at the Shilo Inn when we travel to Southern Oregon. Over the years, it has started to look a little dated. The thing that hasn't changed is the friendly, helpful staff! We were in a king suite as it was the only room available. The air conditioner was very noisy in our room, but we did have a nice view of the lake! The kids enjoyed the pool! Breakfast was good and offered enough choices for everyone. Biscuits and gravy again...
Overall a good stay!

Excellent location and accommodations. Breakfast was great, friendly staff and rooms are exactly what is needed for an excellent stay. Front desk staff is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for all desired needs.

Had a nice stay here. The staff was easy to work with and the room was comfortable. The hotel's decor is a little dated but that isn't really important. Was given a coupon for a free drink at the hotel bar which was a nice touch. Would stay here again.

Business Trip

Hotel was very clean and the service was great. This was a last minute business trip and Kasie Burke went out of her way to ensure everything went smooth. Everyone was impressed with the professionalism and hospitality that all the Shilo Inn employees provided. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
