Triple Room was very spacious

We booked a triple room and were stunned by the size of the room. Not only was there enough space to spread out our suitcases to unpack with ease, the bathroom area was made up of two parts- the powder room and the toilet area all with doors, which means you can easily have three people getting ready at the same time.

There's a money exchange machine as well as a vending machine in the lobby which come in very handy.

The breakfast buffet is not all that, with limited options for those looking for a halal breakfast.

The hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the Esaka station, from where it's onlya few stops to the Shin Esaka station 3 minutes away from where you can catch a Shinkansen easily for long-distance travel.

Tully's coffee is next to the hotel along with an assortment of vending machines. There's a 7/11 across the street and convenience stores within walking distance should you need to buy anything.

Also, Tokyu Hands is on the ground floor of the hotel building if you're looking to do some fun souvenir shopping.

Small room, but everything you need

This hotel is typical of many in Japan with very small rooms and minute bathrooms, but somehow everything that you need is there. Rooms contain a fridge, safe, kettle and free WiFi - which is much better than in some hotels. The TV even has programmes on English!.
Conveniently situated in northern Osaka very near to a station, the hotel is very close to several shops, supermarkets and restaurants, making it a very convenient location.

Business Hotel

There nothing much to write about this hotel though, it'a perfectly a standard hotel that really stand up for a 4 star hotel that is located at the center of Osaka.

It is also near a shipping mall that you can easily access, other than that well dun bother to do anything in the hotel.

Location is great, just 2 station from Shin-Osaka, and it's above a little mall, so you have Tokyu Hands below your hotel. If you walk from subway station through exit 9, you will find a huge typical japanese drugstore (drugstore that sells almost everything) just next to this hotel. And there are also a small Uniqlo, and japanese restaurant (yayoiya), and a lot of stores and restaurant near this hotel, you can wandering around at night if you want. Oh, not to mention there are also Lawson just walk few steps from that drugstore. Can't ask for more! About the room, I have no complain at all, even it's small but it's in Japan so ... Japan standard. But I do feel cozy about their room, I love their heater, really heats me at perfect temperature, I love their sandals and pyjamas. I also love their amenities (especially their body soap with royal jelly from Pola, I love its fragrance.

I was not watching TV so I can comment about that, and I leave hotel in the morning and back at 7 or 8 pm so honesty for 3 nights I do not know whats behind my curtain, so yeah I dont know about the view.

Average hotel - close to subway

I stayed here as part of a tour for 3 nights in November 2016. The hotel is well located. It is right next to Esaka subway station and there are plenty of shops/restaurants around. It is in the north of Osaka, an easy subway ride to Umeda and Shinsaibashi. As with a lot of Japanese hotels in this price range it is dated and the rooms are not big. The staff were friendly and polite.

Issues with the hotel
- The room window could not be opened
- The room was too hot and the temperature setting could not be changed as they were set centrally. (not sure if this was a problem across all rooms)
- A lot of tour groups seem to use this hotel so there was congestion at times.
- Pillows provided were not comfortable.

I would not stay here again.
