Saturday morning, post Friday Night Wedding power breakfast, needed starch, carbs and bacon to recuperate. Gosh it was good, hadn't had that type of decadent breakfast in a long-time. Waitress was great.

Had lunch was delicious had a salad as we had to grocery shop was satisfying & delicious with my favorite sweet tea , husband had fish & chips...wonderful

We dropped in at 9:45 p.m. asked if we could park overnight and they said sure. The coffee was great at 6 a.m. when they opened and my breakfast was very goods. I love country ham!!

When we want to have a meal that reminds us of Sunday dinner as a child, we go to Cracker Barrel. Lots of butter and bacon fat, so it is a few times a year treat. Recently they have added a section of their menu to healthier choices...but that is not why we go...we go for comfort food. This is a chain resturant, and they have the front room full of country items for sale. This can be a fun place to look around. They also have rocking chairs on the front porch, so you can wait for your table outside if you prefer. The prices are reasonable.

Busy Restaurant!

Sunday mid-morning, very busy restaurant. Didn't have to wait long to be seated or for food to come to table. My scrambled eggs were great and hash browns perfectly crispy. One slice of my toast was burned - black. My husband's fried eggs were good as was his hash brown casserole. All of the toast was ice cold so spreading the ice-cold butter was impossible. The waitress brought us several room temperature butters which was great. She offered to replace my burned toast but said it would be about 10 min and then my eggs would've been cold so..... Overall, good breakfast.
