Wonderful and Relaxing Stay

We are stayed here only for one Night stay (27-28 Aug 2017) with, we booked 2 rooms One is Duplex Room and other one is club room for 6Adult.
The hotel was wonderful, clean, beautiful and excellent customer service. The swimming pool is good.Room Service staff (Mr. Nitin) is very helpful and they bring our order immediately.Very friendly front desk and Mr. Umesh is very nice guy and very polite and he allows us for early Check-In. Resort has provide us equipment's to play cricket,Table-tennis, Pool etc.We will definitely come back again here.. Thank You 4 your service.

Great stay during extended weekend. 2 Night stay in Shiva Oasis, Neemrana

We are 2 couples and booked hotel for 2 night during the extended weekend of 15 Aug'17. We were having the apprehension that we would get a huge crowd and hustle bustle in resort due to a long weekend but we were wrong.. since property is very large we didn't feel that it is congested and crowded at any point of time.

One can do lot of activities here like TT, Carrom, Pool, Swimming pool, Gym etc. Staff is courteous enough. but room service can be improved. We had to call 2-3 times to get any room service.

Recommendation:
1) Always visit during extended weekend. as property is so huge that if you visit during normal weekend/weekday, you may feel yourself alone and without any activities.
2) Try to have breakfast and dinner included in room rent. they have good options in buffet breakfast and dinner. Food quality is good and fresh. One should try their freshly made Tea in breakfast(if you like tea).
3) if you visiting it with your family, then try to go with a group of 2 or more couples so that various group activities can be enjoyed together.

A really nice place to enjoy and spend time with family and Friends.A huge ground,Snooker table,TT,Cricket and badminton,Swimming pool and most Important the staff is really friendly.
The Owner Mr.Rajesh is also a really nice guy.
Will Surely visit again..😀

Amazing Stay

Resort is located near neemrana.The resort is grand it has large ground to play games.There is pool table available at hotel reception also.Resort staff is polite and helpfull.Rooms and bathroom are clean.
Even swimming pool is also very clean and tidy
It justifies the money charged

I came here with my wife and brother family for lesiure time, i had assumed that this resort was like other resort like country club best western or resort in jaipur with smart excutives. but when we reached today, there was hue and cry from people who are checking out, as the staff was short and cannot handle first come first serve basis. Most staff is from some college nearby, means not a professinal staff. When we checked in to room after much wait.. the bedding were like anything dirty, they were smelling badly. It seems they save money by not investing on cleaning cloths with proper shops, probably cloths cleaned with soda or something like that. Even after changing bed, it was dirty and spots can be seen easily.
