aroneneefon 09/06/2017 06:10Our pick up from the airport didnt show up. 15 minutes after a phonecall somebody picked us up, which costs P300, one-way. The staff is very friendly and the entrancehall looks very classy. The air-con in the room was hardly working, and we had cockroaches in our room. The shower was more like a firehose. The breakfast is from 5-9 and is not continental, but asian. Our late check out (18:00 instead of 12:00) costed P1380. Though we had a do-not-disturb sign on the door, roomservice rang which we didnt order. The swimmingpool was far from clean. On our room had no WiFi signal.
It's better to book another hotel for this price, which are available.

bubee11on 27/05/2017 05:27The hotel location is very accessible to any point in metro manila,The staffs are ok the breakfast not bad. However we were very dissatisfied and disappointed as the room 525 given to us was below standard the TV remote control inside was unable to operate, AC was so weak, The price of the Transpo Service to Philtranco Terminal is 2x higher than a regular taxi. Lastly the toilet needs to get deep cleaning and fix or replace the shower.

HannaLxon 11/05/2017 11:41The rooms were lovely and hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly fine, which is not always the case in the Philippines. Located in central Manila close to shopping and restaurants. The only minor negative thing was the breakfast buffet that didn’t really live up to my expectations.
Well Priced and Convenient
peterL985KBon 05/05/2017 13:06Very central hotel extremely close to both MRT and LRT and not far from the airport. Very noisy and busy outside but quiet on the 7th floor. Had everything we needed and the free breakfast was always a treat. Only disappointment was that the wifi was inconsistent - it came and went - best down in lobby. However we would be happy to stay again.

Kani Yon 04/04/2017 16:03Generally the room is clean and quite unique with motifs. Sleep is comfortable. If you want to tour Metro Manila via LRT and MRT this is the hotel you want to stay because it is strategically located in the intersection of the two. Also near the airport 20 minutes if no traffic. They have restaurant at the roof top with billiards and darts to play. Good food. The hotel personnel are polite. But it has an adjacent hotel still part of Shogun if you want to stay less than 24 hrs, it will be cheaper. I like the location. Looking forward to stay again. Thank you Shogun.
