jjjdodd2on 24/06/2017 10:33Please be careful when booking a stay here, the rooms do not look like the website photos. We booked 3 rooms, unfortunately our room on the 5 th floor was inferior.
Good point is the location across from austerlitz station, plenty of cafes nearby, supermarket and only 25 minute walk to Notre dame cathedral
Bad points
Key pick up in different location, drop bags and explore area until 3 pm room ready. Caught Uber to apartment
Weather was very hot and no air conditioning, 5th floor very hot with no louvres and curtains barely hanging onto the track. When Windows open no room to walk around bed
Tiny room with low roof and bathroom looked nice but tiny shower.

VanessaMarshmanon 23/04/2017 20:25This apartment ruined our trip to Paris. Inconvenient trip to office to get the keys, once at the apartment it was nothing like the photos. It was on the main street with people walking by in a very busy area meant we didn't want to open the curtains and have people peering in - it was noisy too, we could hear people's conversations. The Apartment was filthy, hair in the shower and floor along with stained and damaged furniture. Hair on pillows and cushions which were disgusting. No towel rail so nowhere to hang them, bathroom smelt like sewage and odd smell in the main living room which meant we kept checking whether there was some sort of gas leak. Pulled out the sofa bed to find it covered in hairs and stains, our son was physically ill at the thoughts of sleeping on it. Ended up booking another hotel and leaving after a few hours - the hotel was a bit further out but cheaper and far nicer than this - don't stay here! They wouldn't refund us due to their 'policy'.
Good but be aware from the extra fees surprises
Charbel Son 31/01/2017 19:32The location was very good just 2 minutes walk from the austerlize station, the room was comfortable and the facilities were good, only a laundry machine was missing specially because its an apart/hotel.
You should be aware from the cleaning extra charge (50€ per cleaning), unless you want to clean by yourself, and this extra fee is not mentioned during booking!
You should pickup your keys from a different location in Paris to check-in, unless you want to pay 35€, otherwise you have to take a metro to another place!
Fabulous location
Debra Son 20/12/2016 11:53Convenient location very tidy and clean just what you need for a stay in Paris. You are only there for sleeping so superb. Everything close by. Would recommend friends and family and would stay again when visiting Paris.
Good value for money at central location
Deirdre Lon 25/10/2016 20:48Nice apartment, next to natural history museum and gardens, nortre dame within 15 min walk. No frills and quiet. Only downside is having to pick up the keys near Republique which is a good distance away.
