Safe and Sound

Very nice hotel with safe and restricted area. The exterior view is bright and fresh - especially with night illumination.
Several pools with waterslides, jacuzzi and fountains. Private pebble beach with wicker umbrellas, security guard serving on the beach during thу whole day. Water sport activities are located aside from main beach - no danger to swim and relax in the sea.
Overall furniture and clearness of the rooms are satisfactory. But despite recent renovation electrical equipment in the room still seemes to be used-up.
Meals and drinks are availabe 24hrs - in the main restaraunt, in the pool-bar, on the beach.
Special thanks to Spa&Welness center - sauna+turkish bath and in-house pool are free of payment and also available to enter during the day.
Shops inside allow to get essentials and some local souvenirs.
Numerous Animation team will not leave you boared.

Much better than expected!

We spent our one week vacation in this hotel together with our 5yo daughter and we were very satisfied. We did not expect anything extra special since hotel was quite cheap and it was presented to us as 4 stars (so we expected 3stars in European criteria). When we arrived we have noticed that hotel is rated as 5*. I can not say that it really has this class but in my opinion we were in good 4* hotel.

Hotel is not really new but everything there was clean and repaired. Our room was after reconstruction - we saw new room painting. Even though there was no air condition in the lobby and reception, it worked perfectly in our room.

Animations were 50/50. There were extremely boring and stupid performances (disco dance, miss hotel, bingo and so on) but there were also few really good evening performances like fire show, national dances or laser show. There were discos after each show but balcony doors were isolated good enough and we heard absolutely nothing in the room :)

Personnel was speaking one of German or English (and Russian indeed). As I can say they were all really forthcoming and obliging (we were NOT tipping). My friend which was travelling with us has got room with non working air condition. They sent some guy to fix it immediately at the 11 PM (when my friend noticed the problem) and because problem has returned they were moved into another room with sea view the very next day.

I am a picky eater but we were really happy with meals. Breakfasts were still the same but lunches and dinners were varying day by day. There were 3-5 kinds of fruit on the dinner, countless of deserts, roasted beef, fishes, gyros, ...

Room service wasn't really good. When we decided to replace the towel and put them on the ground, they simply put it back. We had to catch the maid and tell her that we REALLY want to replace towels on the ground. On the other hand it started to work since then.

Since we have bad experiences with loud Russian guests from last years we were a bit afraid of it. We were really surprised that all guests were polite, kind and easygoing.

It is really close to walk everywhere in this mini resort. It takes only 2 minutes of walk to get from the reception to the beach. We appreciated that because it was not a problem to walk to the pool bar from the beach and back.

There were lot of sunbeds around the pool as well as at the sea so it was not necessary to reserve them before breakfast. There were small pebble stones on the beach so the water was extremely clean. I could see 4-6 meters deep, what was fascinating! Do not forget for light plastic shoes because it is not anything special to walk on these stones.

I can recommend this hotel for everyone who would like to stay on the place, rest and recreate. Do not go there if you expect rush night city live out the hotel.

We were at this hotel for 1 week and it was the worst experience ever. more than 30% of the quests got food poison..
Electricity runs out 10 times per day, got stuck in the elevator for few minutes.
No hot water for couples of hours than no cold water.
The hamman was not included like they offered us.. The waitresses were dirty all the time over the clothes.
No Turkish nargile although we want to pay. Nobody is speaking English, no menus at the bar so we didn't know what drinks to order. No ball for volleyball, basketball and for any other sports. NO wifi.
AGAIN: bad food, more than 30% of the quest got food sick. They come in every room to spread with some spray for disinfection. HORRIBLE....

you better think twice

it's not a 5star hotel as it says it is. air conditioning at the room sometimes worked and sometimes no. no air conditioning at the lobby all the time either. internet connection was very poor, taking minutes to load a page. waiters spoke no English and some of the foods didn't have a card with the name or description of what it was. pool was small and crowded. the sea and the beach was great, though.

We chose this hotel due to the low price, so we didn't set some high expectations...
Pros:
- Good food, including beer and wines. A special mention for the 4PM donuts!
- Cheaper than other hotels
- Animations not bad
- Nice pool
Cons:
- Beach is not very comfortable (especially entry into the water)
- Staff doesn't speak English (except at the reception)
- Everything is focused on Russian guests, which is quite normal as they are the vast majority of customers
- Activities for children are quite poor
- The hotel lacks a major renovation, the furniture is quite old
- Had some issues with the cleaning staff, as they constantly wanted to clean the room around 3PM, when we were resting
- AC is central and is working by schedule, sometimes this was really annoying
- no natural coffee (not even for extra payment), only instant coffee is available

Some other info:
- as you exit from the hotel to the left, there is a small bazaar 10 minutes walking
- there are signs not to reserve sunbeds, but that doesn't stop people from doing it. So if you want a sunbed with a good position (especially at the pool), you should reserve one early in the morning (around 8AM should be ok).
- dinner time the main restaurant is very crowded at the beginning, around 7PM, as people seems to hurry to finish early, in order to reserve a table at the evening show

Overall it was not a bad vacation, but with so many other offers out there I will certainly not go back here.
