Mychelle Fon 17/07/2017 08:30We rode our bikes to Sidney on the Lochside trail which takes you directly to this hotel (end of Beacon Street). It's the tallest building in town and overlooks the water. The rooms are modern and clean with amazing views. The only downside is they have a 4:00 check in time, which we thought was too late. They do have a safe place to lock up your bikes overnight. Make sure to make a reservation for the Spa ahead of time since they book up.

otishoundon 13/07/2017 00:21This was our second stay at the hotel and was as great as the first time we will be going again in Aug. We love the suite overlooking the water. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Do try Haros the food is great. We just love Sidney.

Stephne Aon 11/07/2017 17:18Our last stay in beautiful (expensive!) Canada was spend at the Sidney Pier Hotel. The rooms are comfortable with lovely large windows, small balcony, and all the amenities one would wish for in a hotel of this calibre. I do agree with the one review regarding insufficient pillows as 2 pillows per person in usually normal.
Lovely views over the pier and Haro Strait ocean. I would suggest that you ask for a sea facing room to avoid disappointment. There is a restaurant downstairs (Haro) but we chose to try another as the menu had more to offer.
Worth the stay.

RustyRedHeadon 10/07/2017 21:52I booked a trip to Vancouver Island as a gift to myself (husband forgot my birthday) The front desk staff were very kind, and helped pick the perfect room with an absolutely beautiful view.
We (yes, I brought the forgetful husband with me) were so impressed with our room. It was very spacious with modern furniture and the most comfortable bed. The hotel is close to so many nice, little shops and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere right from the hotel which was very convenient. In the evening we enjoyed wandering along the Pier, and watched the locals fish and catch crabs. The following morning we woke up to the most amazing sunrise.
I wish we had stayed longer. Hopefully the husband remembers my birthday next year, and takes me back to Vancouver Island and the Sidney Pier Hotel!
Great suites available overlooking the waterfront
ca_86on 10/07/2017 21:35I had a suite overlooking the waterfront in which I hosted the attendees from my business meeting. The suite was spacious with a kitchenette, dining table, fireplace, couches and balcony. I comfortably hosted the "hospitality room" for 15 people while my bedroom remained behind a closed door. Excellent facility for mixing business with pleasure.
