Nice apartment, we would stay again.
dfeehelyon 28/06/2017 12:16We were greeted with a fantastic welcome and check-in from Veronica, who gave us all the local transport and sightseeing information and maps. The apartment is nice and clean and on a quiet street. The aircon was very welcome in the 30+deg celsius heat while we were there. The kitchen has everything you need, including a small cleaning pack for washing dishes. The bed in our apartment was a pulldown bed from the wall which was already set up for us. It was very comfortable, I never noticed that it was any different from a normal bed.
The complex is secure and quiet and there are 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk or closer. The Porta Romana metro station is an 8 to 10 minute walk. There are a number of Vegan & Vegetarian restaurants in the area, we ate at Bio Bistrot on Viale Monte Nero which is under ten minutes walk away and has a nice Vegan and Gluten Free menu.
We would stay again if we are in Milan, the complex and apartment is a great place from which to explore the city.
Good price/value and perfect service
davidmjgon 10/05/2016 15:05We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Sigieri Residence. The location is quite central, close to Porta Romana which allows access to all parts of the town. The area is quiet but not abandoned. We had asked for a room with balcony and got one. Due to late arrival and departure on Sunday I have never met anybody from the staff, but Veronica sent me comprehensive instructions that allowed me to check in at midnight. Luggage storage on the day of departure is possible via lockers. The room itself was nice and met our expectations. Regarding service I want to highlight in particular that I had forgotten my watch in the room and Veronica and her staff found it and sent it to me to Brussels quick and free of any charge. Thanks again!! I am looking forward to my next stay there..
Helpful and reliable service
Anna Non 06/04/2016 07:39It has been an enjoyable stay. Only 15 minutes walking from Porta Romana tube station. We found great little wine bars all around the hotel which were constantly full of locals. The room was nice, bright and big enough for a couple.. We would definitely keep that as our favourite.
Fairly basic apartments
DartProfon 04/06/2014 17:48Milan is expensive, so perhaps it is not a surprise that these apartments did not feel like much more the money.
Staff was friendly, but not always actually helpful. We asked for an extra fan to help cool off our very warm attic apartment. We were told don't worry, air conditioning is being installed tomorrow. It was, but still wasn't hooked up to electricity when we left 4 days later. And no fan in the meantime, so we didn't sleep all that well. Had we known, we'd have just bought one and left it behind for the next guest.
At least the Porta Romana neighborhood was nice, with lots of nice restaurants.
Best Residence in Milano

I had a really excellent experience: familiar atmosphere, comfortable apartments, efficient service. The neighborood is also very nice, just 10 minuts form the center of Milan and full of restaurant and pubs.
