Resort in Summer-great value
Sherry Lon 27/06/2017 00:18Our room was excellent. Having a kitchen is always handy. The pool was heated and close and the hot tub was good. My husband and i were very pleased. Had we not done our laundry the night before, we would have used the wash machine/dryer in the closet. I don't think you can beat a resort room for a hotel. There are so many more conveniences. We had underground parking which was safe.
The only thing bad was the hair in the tub.
Lousy customer service and fee policy
TandJ69on 23/05/2017 15:01Booked the hotel for our anniversary, but the wife was sick at the time, so decided to cancel out. We found the hotel charged our account 4 days prior to our check in date. I canceled our reservation 3 days before our check in, but even with calling the hotel customer service they didn't refund us. Per their policy, on their reservation confirmation page, your only charged 20% of fee, 3 days prior and up to the day of check in, not full price. Never made in the door and they charged us. Obviously not going to bother trying this again.
Nice condos in a convenient location
JillianPreon 26/04/2017 19:50We enjoyed our stay here and would return again in the future. The condo was clean and spacious, within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The public transportation is nice and free; I would highly recommend using it to get to and from places in town if you're not in the mood to walk. Park City is a breathtaking city!

369kenaon 17/04/2017 03:44First of all, their reservations dept. couldn't have been more helpful with our need to reschedule an earlier planned trip due to our son's winter sickness at time of travel. (Read that again, this is a rarity these days!)
It's a good hotel in an exceptional location. Sure there are swankier options in every direction, but if what's desired is a solid family condo at a reasonable price, this is the place for you.
Lovely units, a bit dated, spotty internet, decent pool and a fair fitness room. And enough leftover money for great meals steps away.
Easy walk to the lifts, and to downtown.
We will be back.
great location older property
Dougcspenceron 11/04/2017 02:28I love the location. Walking distance to the Park City Ski Resort. We rented a 1 bedroom suite. It was clean, but dated. Also, check the cancellation policy prior to booking. Once you book the property, they charge your card for the full price and there is no refund. This was disclosed in the 'fine print.' Fortunately we were able to reschedule, but if we were not, we would be out a large sum. Also, the wifi needs upgrading. Management is aware of this, but the signal is very weak and needs to be brought up to this century's capabilities. Rooms have their towels changed daily, but beds are barely made up and room maid service is really lacking. This could be a great property, but property management needs to do a better job for a property that is perfectly located.
