Best Hotel Downtown

This is a standard casino hotel, also standard business hotel with all the features one might expect, plus good service. Excellent fitness center and spa. Clean modern well-equipped room with a good bed and television. OK bathroom. Quiet. Black-out drapes a nice touch.

Great Convention Stay

Came to stay for a convention from 8/18-8/22. Room accommodations were clean and beds comfortable for the most part. Love the pillows and the amount they give you. Was not real sure if the sheets were actually new or not, seem to be a little worn with holes in some, but the bedding comfortable for the most part. I would like to add that although a little dated and rooms should be updated to accommodate older people and people with disabilities.
Had not been to stay here in awhile, still the same décor but always clean and staff friendly. The ice machine on our floor quit working after the first day there, so were inconvenienced by having to go to another floor for ice if we wanted it.
The prices have gone up here on restaurants and things have changed since we were last here, Still a bargain in most places and for some people. I personally think $11-$12 for eggs, bacon,hash browns and toast is too much. Hussongs always has great tasting margaritas and the fish tacos were pretty awesome.
As for the rest of the stay, bell desk service is awesome, and valet service is awesome. Cannot say enough about the personnel that work in these 2 departments.

Great Place to Stay Downtown

We moved from the Reno area about 11 years ago and were back in town last week to visit friends. On this visit it was my wife, seven year old daughter and me. We stayed downtown because we wanted to show our daughter some sites from where we used to live. It was great walking through the casino recounting the restaurants we used to eat at and the other places we hung out at while we lived there.

Everything about the hotel was on point. Check-in was easy. The room although pretty standard, had a fantastic view and the pool was refreshing on a blistering hot day. There was also bar and food service at the pool, which meant my daughter could still swim between bites of her quesadilla.

We were only for one day, but when checking out my wife and I both said we wish we would have had a couple extra days to use all of the amenities of the hotel. This is definitely a place to stay when visiting Reno.

Golf tournament

Always have the best stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone. We always have the best day and the staff there is always helpful in setting up golf ahead of time or helping with any special needs to the room. I would suggest if you haven't tried this place please try it it's the best.

We didn't stay but attended a party at this hotel. Staff were friendly and the facility was impressive. When I return to Reno this will probably be our next stay. The location is key. Seemed to be in the middle of everything happening in Reno. Travel safe...
