I've stayed here when passing through Korat for more than twenty years, and it never lets me down. It was more up to date twenty years ago, but it's been carefully maintained and the staff are experienced and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable; the breakfasts could be more exciting (though they're satisfactory as they are), and the buffet dinners offer a wide-range of well-cooked dishes with some interesting regional offerings. I've stayed in other places in Korat over the years, but this is one I look forward to returning to most.

Good Standard for Thailand

The hotel is getting a bit old but the people are really friendly and quite a good knowledge about the procedure of Service, I've been there before already and the staff were much worse but now it's a good Standard for a 4 Star hotel, they got a foreigner as staff with the Name Sando and he took care where ever we stayed in the hotel and helped us out with many different things (recommendations, ordering food at the lobby, because they are still learning English with him) and told us even that we are allowed to go in the executive lounge upstairs which was sadly not told in the beginning of our stay in the hotel, but doesn't matter... The rooms are ok for the price and the food was just great. All in all I need to say it was a good experience and would like to say thank you for Staff and Managers and especially Sando for taking care so well.

PS: Negativ was just the Wifi in the hotel and the Aircon is really cold.

Spent 2 nights at thr Sima Thani Hotel and it was fantastic. Check-in was trouble free and English speaking staff where wonderful. On the first night the air con stopped working about 11.30pm. Called reception and within minutes someone was there to fix it. Unfortunately, after getting it fixed 5 minutes later it stopped again. Called reception again and without any further hassle was moved to another room. Staff helped move gear into new room all in about 20 minutes of first complaint. So even with moving to another room you couldn't fault or complain about the service. Quick and efficient considering the time. If only more hotels acted in such a quick positive way to rectify problems. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and pillows that aren't rock hard. Just right for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was just what was needed to start the day. Had the beef hamburger for lunch and couldn't fault it. It was a scrumptious. Dinner was a great way to finish off a long day. Service was quick and efficient. Management are to be congratulated on having such wonderful staff dedicated to ensuring uou have a comfortable hassle stay. Thank you!!!!!

Great service in Korat!

I spent a few days at this hotel for a work conference and was not disappointed. The service was great and met all my needs during my stay. The dinner buffet was exceptional for the price. Room came with a two stove top burners for cooking and a nice sized refrigerator. I'm a warm weather person, so the AC's at the hotel kept me at a chill...but that's a personal preference. No complaints on staying here and definitely looking forward to another opportunity.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and again have found it very pleasant. Unfortunately I incorrectly booked dates for our stay, how ever the hotel reception quickly sorted out this problem. We were up graded at an additional cost. The room was large and clean as was the bathroom, although both are getting a little dated and need refurbishing. The availability of coffee making facilities was a pleasant addition to the in-room services. Wifi was free and there was ample parking. The buffet breakfast was very good. Although a little way out of the city, we would stay there again,
