Sweet hotel and brilliant staff

I stayed at this hotel with my son in a twin room. The hotel is split into blocks which are very close to each other. Each room has a balcony but they are so close to each other they could easily be one large balcony per floor. I liked sitting there in the evening. Most of the guests has small children but there was no issue with noise. The rooms are adequate, with large wardrobe, dressing table and tv. The programmes on tv are Greek but there was always a film on late at night on English with subtitles. The hand held shower in the bathroom was strange but the shower was powerful and bathroom cleaned daily. As well as the room. Staff was amazing, hard working and polite. I needed extra pillows and they were delivered without delay. I also missed not having a kettle but that was found and delivered for me. There is a small fridge in the room and the air conditioning is a God sent! The dinning room looks new, it was clean and well staffed. I was ok with the choice of food but if pushed would prefer more fish and vegetarian options. Breakfast looked same every day, but people managed to fill up plates and bellies. We used the larger of the two swimming pools and on some days had it all to ourselves. The beach is so close. There is very little to do in the evening especially for teens. The entertaining team was tireless in their affords to get people to join various games. We enjoyed very much the aqua fitness, aqua dance and especially water-polo! We played killer darts, jungle game and danced at the Greek night. I would prefer to be able to walk from Metamorfosi to Nikiti, which is only 6km away but there was no promenade. The taxi was €10 each way. Nikiti is larger and has a bit of a buzz, the Friday market was good. The busses go only 4 times a day in July and August. There are no water sports i nMetamorfosi which is a shame. All in all very relaxing and hot holiday.

Very nice vacation, staff kindly, rooms cleaned daily, food excellent and quality, the hotel is near the sea. Programs for kids during the day and in the evening with animators. Two big swimming pools for swimming and relaxing.

Rooms and bathroom was clean,
The two pools are really nice,
Dinning area was nice
And the pool bar is good,
The staff gave Excellent customer service and were always helpful,

The food menu felt repetitive after the 3rd day,
Wifi was poor within the rooms but great by the pool and bar
The actual area Metamorfosi is an hour away from the airport and its very isolated. nothing to do in the area so it was very ideal for us to have a rental and drive to place

Impeccable service in a friendly atmosphere. Clean and beautiful facilities (refurbished rooms, large swimming pool, dining area, etc...) in a really convenient location for excursions all over Halkidiki.

The hotel staff was the best part of it, and that's all...

Not family friendly - no cribs, no additional bed clothes, no no-smoking areas.
Catering- basically the same every day with small changes - not so very tasty.
Areas around- have to take car from near city to drive around, because in hotels city is only one market to visit and that's all!
Hotel staff - welcoming and polite.
