We stayed here during a hiking holiday. The hotel has comfortable rooms and good food. We ate breakfast and dinner. There is a pond in which to swim which we did not use because the weather was unseasonably cool. A good place to stay.

We arrived after a super road trip, we had a fabulous room with a two balconies, it was a suite containing a lovely lounge a bedroom and lots of wardrobe space, and a lovely bathroom.
The hotel and grounds were spotless, it had a fantastic swimming pond and excellent facilities for mountain biking, the food was amazing and healthy, though I'm not a fan of fondue.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, we had a fantastic stay, which was faultless and have stayed at many four star hotels that were far inferior to this three star? Loved it and coming back.

We had excellent accommodation in one of the less expensive rooms which were very newly fitted out and had views over the slopes. The food was very good. We found it best to take the bus from across the street up the valley to the lifts rather than walk to the T bar in the morning and we easily skied back. Very pleasant relaxing sauna area.

We had a very nice time in Hinterglemm, we decided to go there on a short notice so there were not lot of selection regarding hotel. We choose this one and communication with the hotel was very good and they were very helpful. This is hotel is missing few things that we are used to in ski hotels, first of all there is no lounge, there is a bar but they allow smoking in the bar which surprised us a lot. So the only place to go to after dinner is the lobby. They have tables outside which is nice after a day of skiing specially when the sun is shining but the waiter there is so slow, sometimes he did not understand english. One day we tried to order, we told him in two languages but he forgot our order, but did not forget to bring drinks to his friends sitting at the table next to us. Everybody else at this hotel are very helpful and efficient. You can ski in but in the morning you need to walk to the nearest T lift and ski to another T lift before you reach the main slopes. When we arrived we asked about ski rental place and they recommended Intersport which is about 10 -15 min walk, we went there and were very disappointed by their selection of skies. The first skies they offered were rusty and when we pointed that out, we got very rude service. I was very disappointed. Please go somewhere else for renting skies.The food is ok.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Just slightly away from the main apres ski bars and slopes. Would have been good if we could have skied in from main slopes but we still had an excellent time.
