Really helpful staff and great location

This hotel is in a great location for ski-in, ski-out for families with different needs.

A large group of us were booked to stay in this hotel for February half term 2017, but unfortunately due to a series of mistakes/poor management by our tour operator 'MOUNTAIN PARADISE', we were forced to transfer to a hotel in another resort at the last minute, as were a number of other families.

I emailed the hotel before our holiday and they were really pleasant and helpful and I believe that the mix up with our booking was not of their doing. I have also contacted them regarding our Feb 2018 ski holiday and they have been helpful and quick to respond to my emails. My advice if you want to stay in this lovely hotel would be to book your flights and accommodation independently. It's also really easy to book your ski school by email - I did this through a company called Ski School Smile, they are located very close to Hotel Druzba and they were super nice, and gave me a full refund when Mountain Paradise cancelled our holiday in this resort. You can also easily book your GoPass (skipass) online. You really don't need to go through a tour operator, especially an incompetent one.

I have given this hotel a 4/5 for the location, facilities and friendly staff :) Obviously, I can't comment on the accommodation as we haven't stayed there yet, but we are hoping to in 2017. However, I would definitely NOT recommend Mountain Paradise.

Great Ski in Ski Out

Party of 6 arrived. Unfortunately the rooms we booked could not be supplied to each of the couples which was disappointing. The Receptionist was professional and tried to accommodate where she could in what was a full hotel. This was disappointing but didn't detract from what is a good value hotel, attentative and polite staff, good facilities, great spa area (although to be honest I think this should be free for guests). The breakfast was very good with a wide range of choice, hot or cold. The ski and ski out is fantastic through the adjoining ski hire shop. Hired sledges for the night which was great fun. The slopeside bar area has great food and is always busy. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again. Thanks.

Nice hotel

Visited the hotel in march, nice clean hotel, right next to skiing slopes. Breakfast is tasty and plentyful, restoraunts in hotel are good, good food, there is a slight problem with language, not very many understand english, local language only, so be prepared for that. Spa is very good, lots of saunas, big pool, +18 part of spa is also availible. Spa is for extra money.
Couple of negative things, WIFI is as bad as it can be, in 2017 i would presume that the wifi is basic human right but there its not working at all or very low.
Rooms are ok, TV is small like a postcard, otherwise its ok.
If you ask, would i go back, i probably will.
Best time for skiing is right in the morning, by the noon the slopes are in very bad condition.

Great place to ski and party

Nice, clean, stylish hotel. Located on the ski slope. Great facilities, including restaurant, wellness, swimming pool, lockers for ski, ski service and rental. Just perfect. Very profesional staff. Close to Happy End (music club). Only breakfast was not as great as it might seem or expect.

Ski trip

Good hotel ski in ski out. Also ski hire shop in hotel was very helpful and reasonable priced. Good area to ski in 75km of piste. Some icey runs later in the day. Night skiing from 6 till 9pm is available to practice your technique under floodlights. Hotel breakfast and downstairs restaurant good value for money. Very pleasant hotel staff. Rooms and hotel was clean and tidy. The wellness centre was excellent. This trip was organised by Tripping out travel please give them a try for all Taylor made holiday experience. GOOD TRIP.
