Well equipped double appartement

Pros:
- good airconditioning
- well equipped kitchen, decent oven
- two bathrooms
- a safe
- close to a good pool
- nice park with playground
- minimarket for last minute shopping
Cons:
- closest supermarket is 3.5 km away
- no water cooker or kettle
- parking can be a bit crowded
Rooms and facilities are excellent. Good hotel garden and pool. Plenty to do nearby.
Gunnlaugur Þór Gon 26/07/2017 10:41Stayed at the hotel for 4 days with my family. Everything was fine. Nice and clean facilities. Private access to ocean. Plenty to do nearby...waterpark, go- kart. Good idea to visit nearby towns og Piran and Izola.
An impressive (last-minute) reservation
TAMember22on 25/04/2017 15:48Needing a sunny spring getaway we pushed the button on a last-minute three night stay at the resort. And absolutely don't regret the decision.
Ours was a two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment with a restorative view of the Adriatic and Piran; it was the blue/yellow "Imperial" suite on the website. The apartment and grounds were modern and immaculate; the furniture in very good to excellent condition; and the daily housekeeping removed trash and freshened linens as needed. The WiFi worked extremely well and without problem.
The kitchen includes higher-end appliances, which is nice for those (like us) who enjoy meals "at home." If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to better stock the kitchen. There was no toaster, and the general lack of kitchen tools like large spoons and small knives meant some creativity on our parts to get a meal to the table.
There is a small market on the grounds, though every time we walked past it was closed. The hours may differ during peak tourist season. The nearest full grocery market is in Umag, itself worth an hour or so to walk around. Included with our reservation was the option of having breakfast at the adjacent Kempinski hotel, for an additional fee. Though, we found enjoying our coffee and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the water to be a far superior option.
The location was ideal for our little getaway. Trieste, Italy was about an hour's drive; and Piran and Koper less than that.
Our check-in and check-out experience was without woe. The desk staff speak at least English, German, and Croatian, and probably more languages.
We would not hesitate to recommend this resort to friends and family.
Summer holiday

Very Well run apartments , no entertainment in the evening, standard WiFi Which is included in the rate wasn't brilliant , paid for VIP internet and that was fine . Lovely Gardens, Well stocked little supermarkt on site sold fresh Bread , fruit ,beer, wine and THE basics , all in all recommended !
Great apartments and villas, VERY BAD management of Adriatic Golf Resort
Katerina Von 06/08/2016 09:27We came back to Savudrija after 3 years again. Our villa is fantastic however the golf club Adriatic represents a very bad experiences and unpleasant surprise this year.
Fairways are very dry, greens not very well, food in the clubhouse much more worse then in 2013. We have been offered to leave our golf bags in the caddy room and within 2 days totally 3 Titlest golf clubs (2 hybrids and fairway wood) and an Titlest umbrella were unfortunately stolen from our bags. The staff didn't accept any kind of responsibility and they accused us that we have faked up this story, later the golf club manager Sonja said that we have stolen the clubs ourselves each other !!! Both the Golf Club Manager Sonja and the Operations Manager of the resort Mrs. Lara Haramina were totally unhelpful, impolite and unprofessional.
We have rented a villa for 8 000€ in the resort and spent about 2000€ for the green fees, balls, food, etc. and we apparently haven't deserved any apology or any attempt to offer us neither any accommodating word nor any compensation of our very bad experience. They cried out that it was stupid to leave the bags in the caddy room !!! Their behavioral was completely short-sighted.
There is a risk that other clients will face the same bad experience if the management would' t adopt any corrective measures.
