Great hotel in city centre.

The hotel is great, liked the room, really comfy. The breakfast was good. Wi-fi is very fast. The personal is very lovely and i really liked their kitchen. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. But please note that there are no smoking areas.

Very comfortable place to stay

We have been here a few times over the years. It has consistently been clean fresh comfortable place to stage from. The price at this time is better than it has ever been and the value is great. So far every time we have been there the front desk personnel have been outstanding in service and speak perfect English. The beds are GREAT and the rooms are very quite.

Good and convenient

Stayed for a night . I did not had time to walk around so I cannot tell about location, but is on a central big Street. Personnel was very helpful and some of them speaks very good English. Room was very good and quite. No English spoken channels on TV, but very good Wi-Fi all over the hotel and in the room. Breakfast was typically good.

Not the best location, other qualities are very average

I have stayed in the hotel on business trip. It was my first time in Chelyabinsk, so hard to compare to other hotels. People warned that there are not so many good hotels in Chelyabinsk, so I did not have high expectations.

Problems
1. Location - before traveling i have found on the map that good place to eat is on the same street, just few houses away - sounded like a nice evening walk. In fact it was over 3 km. Otherwise there is not much around hotel.
2. Restaurant - due to far location and late arrival - had to stay there for dinner, terrible experience. Bad management of personnel. I went to sleep after 1 hour of waiting hungry.
3. Smoking!!! All rooms are only for smokers. Tip - based on request, they open windows and some ion air purifier - that helped a bit. Also whole restaurant is also possible for smokers - no separate non-smoking area.

Pluses:
1. Mainly friendly and helpful personnel.
2. Wifi

Not so bad, but could be better...

Pretend to be Old-style European, this hotel improved last year. Room was excellent (I took suite superior, though), double-roomed, with bath. Service was quite good, smoking in suit is allowed. Breakfast just fine, but could be better. Placement of the hotel is fine. Small bar in a lobby, I suppose, is overpriced a little. However, I've got nothing to blame in this hotel.
