Bathrooms are important
Manuel Non 30/05/2017 15:26I've stayed at this hotel 4 of the last 5 years while visiting Bend area. Things have been great but I have to comment on the bathroom condition this last time around. First night when I got in the shower the floor was sticky and dirty. I didn't realize it until I was there. The wall looked dirty as well. To told the manager and they cleaned it the next day. The toilet was coming apart from the floor too. It needed to be tightened down. Other than that, everything else was ok.
One of the weekend front desk ladies was not the greeting type. I said hello and good morning and she looked at me and turned her head. Everyone else was great. But that lady doesn't belong in the hospitality industry. She would be a great prison guard.
Nothing fancy, but clean and tidy

Stayed on points, 2 rooms for the family. No actual complaints, location is EXCELLENT for dining opportunities!
Beautiful and clean
vrstenkampon 20/03/2017 01:09We only stayed one night and there was a problem with the elevator. It made a strange noise all night. We asked for another room but they were all booked up. We didn't get much sleep so got up early and hit the road. Stopped by the front desk on the way out and ask for the managers business card. When we got home I sent him an email letting him know about the elevator and our disappointing sleepless night since we had over over 1100 miles to travel the next day. I was hoping for some of our money back and he was so nice and gracious and very generous with the refund amount. The room was beautiful, the shower awesome and everything was immaculately clean. We will stay here again and not by the elevator next time.
Canceled reservation
Linda Mon 16/02/2017 16:16called to make reservation and was spoken to very rudely. Was told that if I could get it cheaper another way then go ahead and try. We were going to stay here because of Dr's appointment nearby and was told that we could get a discount for that reason. I booked somewhere else and got a better deal and a friendlier agent.
clean room
Wendy Con 18/12/2016 17:30Very clean, nice size room. We rented 2 rooms for ourselves and family. Very friendly staff. We came up for a very early doctor apt. We did not try the free breakfast. good bed would stay there again.
