Not all Sleep Inns are equal
Kathi Kon 11/08/2017 12:19After having stayed at Sleep Inn for the first time in Valdasta Ga, which is a great hotel, I mistakenly assumed they all would be of a high standard. I was wrong. This property was $15 higher in price and shabby. The shower curtain was full of black mold. There were holes in the walls.
Breakfast was a huge disappointment . It had unbelievable limited choices that were tasteless. We could not get off the property fast enough.
Ashley the front desk person was the only saving grace. She was polite and helpful.

Not impressed
Jennifer Hon 22/07/2017 21:34We arrived late on the Friday before Indepence Day. Our TV wasn't working. The room was shabby. The hall carpet was stained. The beds were full sized not queen. My ten year old could not sleep without the TV. The continental breakfast the next day was not good. The scrambled eggs were watery and unseasoned and most likely made from powder. I did mention the TV and the person checking me out graciously knocked off $15. I did appreciate that. Several others had complained too. The room was still only $9 less than our room we loved on the way back after the discount. I will never stay here again. I gave them a 2 because of the $15 comp that is the only reason. Would have been a one.
Great night
jamescM3537IYon 12/04/2017 21:15Very roomy, quiet, off the main drag, nice Queen beds. Good breakfast. Early check in and late check out. There was a small pool inside, and chairs outside on a concrete deck. Real close to many restaurants.
Needs Updating
Chef2017on 22/03/2017 19:24First: To all parents: A hotel is a place of rest it is not a place for your kids to run up and down the hallway making noise for the other guest, please make sure when you are in a hotel that you keep your children under control. Thank you
One night stay, room was clean and nice. King bed comfortable and plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
I would recommended this hotel for a One night stay.
The owners need to invest in updating the hotel: furniture was run down, big mark on the desk, shower floor peeling.
Great location to restaurants, grocery store and gas. Like I said this place is good for one night.

NEVER AGAIN!
John Won 16/03/2017 19:00I was in town for two nights. A Thursday and Friday night. The price for Thursday night was $77 or so and the price for Friday was $10 or so more. No problem. I understand the need to be greedy from Thursday to Friday night, especially when your services don't change from one day to another. When I arrived back at my Room Friday night, my room hadn't been touched. The bed wasn't made, no towels, trash not emptied, etc. The night auditor was kind enough to bring some towels to my room when I went downstairs to complain. When I checked out the following morning, the woman at the desk informed that because of what happened, she took $10 off of my bill, which was basically the same price I'd paid for a clean room the day before. I have stayed at this particular location exclusively when I am in Macon; probably 15 or more times. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. I am a Choice Privileges member and depending on how they handle this, I may never stay at ANY of their locations again.
