Sunshine62011on 23/07/2017 15:38This hotel was very nice. The grounds are well manicured. The hotel it's self was very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and also very clean. There are also plenty of places close by to grab a bite to eat.
Family Reunion Stay
Gwen Hon 18/07/2017 05:07The Sleep Inn was the perfect place for our family to hold a reunion. The staff was very accommodating, especially Jason. The rooms were satisfactory and the swimming pool was superb. A hot breakfast was served everyday and coffee and tea is available 24 hours a day. The family spent 3 nights there and no one had any complaints. I would recommend the Sleep Inn to other families looking for a good lactating that I reasonably priced. Try to book too rooms when Jason is working. He is a pleasant staff person who will make your stay worthwhile.
Anywhere else
Patricia Ton 12/07/2017 23:01Stayed there twice. Made reservations and had to pay well in advance. We got the room right by the elevator/ice machine. We complained about the noise but it did no good. I am always amazed at how rude other guest are in the middle of the night. Loud talking, door banging and ice machine. The breakfast was chaotic to say the least. Barely able to get coffee so we left to find a restaurant. I realize it was a holiday weekend but you should be prepared for crowds. The next time we're in Buffalo visiting family I will find someplace else to stay.
Nice Hotel
angeln222on 06/07/2017 04:28Family vacation. Clean room, comfortable beds, accommodating staff, nice pool, quiet location. Breakfast is decent. Would definitely stay again for the price. Beds are on small size --but we requested a rollaway bed.
Staff Stole Jewelry
David Bon 06/06/2017 22:27Someone of staff is a thief. The hotel itself is nice, but someone on the staff went through our bags and stole thousand of dollars worth of jewelry. The police have been involved, but haven't been able to do anything. I do not get any response from the hotel or corporate management which is also very frustrating.
I would not want to stay somewhere knowing your can't trust the housekeeping or other staff that have access to your room.
