When informed front desk she just shrugged her shoulders and said, what do you want me to do? Gives the slogan a terrible reputation. Bydabook bydaBAD!
Disappointed
Harold Mon 17/05/2017 04:35I decided to use some of my points so i went to a Sleep Inn rather than a Quality Inn that I stay at most of the time. I expected a upgraded hotel but it was far from it!
The breakfast was one of the most limited I have ever seen at a choice hotel.
If I ever have to overnight in Stockbridge again it will NOT be at this hotel.
Customer service was terrible
nurse2ministeron 14/04/2017 09:00We had traveled 10 hours and discovered that the area was made of several motels/hotels with tight parking! I explained to the attendant we had a large moving truck and thier parking lot could have enough parking! The attendant told me to park at Wal-Mart! We thought it would be a solution as we could get a Lyft ride back. We checked in and rode to wal-mart to find they have tow warnings as did every parking lot in the area! We went back to the sleep Inn and the same attendant was sitting in a lobby chair on his phone! I asked for suggestions for the parking! He barely acknowledged me, did not offer help and did not move out of the chair! We then left to go down the road to a Super 8!

EDDIE Ron 13/03/2017 01:01this sleep inn is off of the main street situated between 2 other hotels, the property was clean and well lit, the breakfast was waffles, eggs. sausages ,pastries and juice. the rooms were clean and the bed slept real well.
