The hotel is nicely located in a quiet yet convenient place. The rooms are nice but the hotel definitely needs to spend some money on general maintenance​. I must say though there has been great improvement since the last time I stayed.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting St. Louis area. First of all this is not a five star hotel, nor did I pay for a five star hotel or expect it to be as such. However, for the amount paid, I got a very comfortable room that was clean and in good order. The beds were very comfortable. The full breakfast with eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, sausage and more was great. They serve fresh cookies each evening. The desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Some areas such as carpeting in public areas, elevator and elevator walls could use a deep cleaning, but as previously said the actual room was very clean and that is what I look at the most. Overall, I was highly satisfied and would stay here again if in the area.

Deteriorating Badly Now

We have stayed here many times over the years, but unfortunately not again. The unit is deteriorating pretty badly now due to lack of maintenance. Lots of dings, dents and scratches on walls, trim, doors. Some of the walls were obviously spilled on but not cleaned up so you could see the streaks. The bathroom was cleaned poorly in our unit and the toilet was not firmly connected to the wall, therefore every time you sat on it, there was a loud clanging sound. Exterior was badly maintained too. I appreciate their low rates, but there is a minimum maintenance requirement too. They lost our business!

Won't stay here again

I stayed at the sleep in with my 4 children while visiting family in Saint Charles. I will say the location of the hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was great! However the linens and towels looked dirty and stained. Thankfully we brought our own blankets and pillows. The pool was unfortunately not useable during our stay. With 4 kids I really wish we had known that because we planned to use the pool. Also there were ants on the bed when my daughter woke up in the morning that seemed to be coming from the air conditioner. She was really upset and so was I! On my next visit I will find somewhere else to stay.

An amazing stay. Literally one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Was on the second floor in a suite which was very affordable for the size even had a Jacuzzi.. Was able to have my two pets there. Breakfast top notch from cereal to biscuits and gravy..so many options to choose from..loved the indoor pool very relaxing..the staff made you feel like family..good job sleep inn.
