What People are saying

Perfectly fine hotel for night's stay

Eric Bon 05/08/2017 09:35

The room (didnt stay in a suite) was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was ok and included eggs (but the space was quite limited and busy). WiFi worked well.

WEBINAR ON CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDED

I had an issue with my bathroom bathtub that never was resolved and could never speak with a manager although asked while I was there and also called back several times after stay and no return call was ever received. I will never stay at another Sleep Inn again.

Great Service

So I needed a hotel in Smyrna for work and I just walked in and meet the nicest lady. Melissa checked me into a room at a great night and even recognized I could claim a discount so she applied it. As long Melissa continues to work here I will continue to drop in. The roons are also great, but I think the service here is worth the stay

Tolerable if on a budget!

We had a clean bathroom & two clean beds. If that's all you're looking for, you will probably be ok here. Halls, elevators & floors with bits of trash. "Musty" smell in the halls. Breakfast was average !

Not impressed at all

We were traveling to take a family member to Atlanta Georgia to be back with her husband who is in a physical rehab facility for spinal injuries. We had been driving for a long time and was needing to stop and sleep. The first thing we noticed when we went in was the strange smell. It was a chemical like smell that was mixed with something to try and make it smell better. It was very odd. There was only one small elevator by the desk or the stairs. We were on the 2nd floor. When we opened the door the first thing that greeted us was the heat. Ugh it was so hot. Turned the air on and tried cooling it off as best as we could. The room was not that clean and I found a hair inside one of the folded hand towels. Not sure what was inside the walk in shower decided didn't want to use that. There were no sheets for the sleeper sofa. Had to call and go down to get some. We had four of us so also asked for an extra pillow. They were out of pillows, which were the smallest pillows I have ever seen. There was a spot on the sleeper sofa mattress that looked like blood. We were so tired and this was so frustrating. Then we got ready for bed. We felt a sand like texture in the sheets. What on earth was that? We found small yellow like things in the bed as well as some black things. Nothing was moving that we could see but made for a rough night to try and sleep. When I went down to get our sheets there was an older man there checking into a room. The gal was giving him a price which was waaaayyyyy to much for these rooms. He asked if there was anyplace around cheaper and she told him she was doing him a favor by giving him the price she had which she told him was $50 less. It was still $112?!?! We have stayed in rooms that were better then this in a little mom and pop motel that cost $45.00. The breakfast consisted of the usual items except the eggs, which they called "omlets" looked like they had been out for hours before hand. The "country ham" was chewy and so salty we couldn't eat it. The waffles and cereal were the only things edible. Our family memeber spoke to them when she checked out and they were going to take money off the total rate. Not sure if they will actually do that but I know one thing for sure, we will never stay here again. Please look elsewhere!
