Great place to stay!

This was conveniently located, and the personnel were helpful and gave excellent service. The hotel itself and the room was spotless.
The free breakfast was better than most restaurants and well stocked.
I would go here again just for a get-a-way it was so nice!

My husband and I and sister have stayed here at this hotel several times on our travels..when booking i had asked for a ground floor room, which we got - we checked in and went to our room and once i opens the door it took my breath away - someone had been smoking in there AND it was a " no smoking" room...i returned to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room which we were accommodated . The only downfall i can tell you is those small pillows on the bed suck....they are the size of small throw pillows !
Breakfast was biscuits and gravy - waffles - cereal - yogurts- juices - plenty to eat.
Check out is usually easy but when we went to check out i was told their system was doing an update and wouldn't be complete for an hour and could they email me a receipt..i gave them my email address but NEVER receive one.

Nice Choice Hotel - Good about Upgrades - No Cable TV - Pet Friendly

I came here on a friday night and reserved a king. When I checked in, they upgraded me to a suite because I was a platinum member so I didn't have to ask. The suite had a nice spa tub. Television was poor it was just digital broadcast tv. No cable. It had a pool and ample parking. There was a CVS across the street. I asked for mouthwash, deodorant, and toothpaste. They had deodorant and a good quality toothbrush, but no mouthwash. It was the standard choice hotel breakfast. Waffles, biscuit and gravy, yogurt, pastries, etc. There was no fruits and no oatmeal mixes though. I had a good night sleep and the bill was underneath door when i woke up. TV was my only issue but it was the cheapest choice hotel in the area in pricing. Would stay here again.

The good thing is this property is very nice for the low price. So for an inexpensive stay I'd highly suggest it. However, I'm unsure if I will stay here again. Unfortunately our check in process was excruciating. I had reserved 4 rooms on line and we arrived around 10:30 pm on a Saturday night. No joke, it took almost an entire hour to check all the rooms in. If that weren't enough, I also had to spend another 30 minutes in the morning to get them to correctly assign my room for 2 nights not the other room I had friends staying in for one night. I believe although she was trying the lady at the desk simply had no idea what she was doing - hoping it was lack of training, but I have my doubts. Otherwise, the rooms are beautiful, my daughter took good advantage of the pool (like all other hard to maintain. indoor pools, the paint was in need of repair). My only other complaint would be that the breakfast was the same two mornings in a row, and I'd have preferred hot eggs instead of biscuits and gravy, but that is me and the next person might be just fine with it. Would probably have given it a higher rating, but the check-in was that bad.

Nice Room but the Small Problems Add Up

I liked my room, and I would have given this motel 4 or 5 stars if not for the plentiful minor problems:

Very slow Wi-Fi.

The treadmill didn't work.

The back entrance door didn't lock (security flaw).

The orange juice dispenser sprayed everywhere (which is probably why they put out a gallon jug of juice, but since it was frozen, it didn't help.)

The shower faucet was so tight, I could barely turn it.

High traffic noise (My room was near the highway).

Yet, the room was clean and comfortable, so if they fix these issues, this could be a five-star motel.
